I would like to put in my dates and find resorts with availability. Can't find my current certificates

I wanted to use this app to look up resorts in the directory. Well, it has never worked since I've downloaded the app. Can ya fix this, please!

Ok guys, here my problem, i put in the destination, the chech in date (by the way there is no checkout date option) then accept all possible room sizes option and the I click on find gateway, then i simply keep getting a popup saying complete your criteria when there is notning else to choose from. Is this something on my end or on the app end?

Come on Interval. If you want people to use you - get your act together. I want to exchange... today!!! This app is as much use as a bucket full of holes. Rubbish!

Doesn't work. Getaway alerts won't work. Waste of time

I cannot find my unit to exchange, only getaways. I cannot see my certificates. The website is much easier.

What the heck is going on. This app use to work. If you want people to use it, THEN FIX THE APP FOR PETES SAKE.

Every time i try to use the app, it just spins and doesn't load.

Doesn't work, specifically doesn't seem capable of accessing server data on getaways

Uninstalling. Can't do exchanges, only getaways, and even that isn't working. Don't waste your time!

The gateways only work for the first 10 recommendation, if you want find one city different you can't made it.

When I use Getaways I can't enter any destinations. You must have corrupted the program with an update because it use to work. It won't even bring up the keyboard.

Cannot do exchanges. Getaways only. Even then the app is buggy.

Useless for exchanges

No ability to book an exchange or see existing reservation. No use to me.

Crashes all the time

Can't search for getaways.

I set up Getaway Alerts a couple months ago, but every time I go to try and access an alert, the app crashes. So it's basically useless and I can't see anything I set up alerts for. Really disappointing that they haven't rolled out any bug fixes or improvements.

You can't get in and do anything with an existing reservation or book anything. You can look at resorts and can book a getaway but that's it. I may have missed it but there's not even a link to the full site.

I can explain this app with one word. USELESS!

I had saved over 100 Favorites and now all have vanished. Lots of work and very disappointing!!!

I can't locate anything I want to search...resorts in different areas, cruises, etc. None of it works. Uggh.

The mobile app does not retain login credentials. Also the query to specify resort refuses to respond in a timely manner while gathering data for getaway resorts. This app provides no value
