Geo-iT

Geo-iT uses your device's internal GPS (or WIFI) and directional sensor to provide you information on your direction (relative to 0 degrees - north), altitude above sea level, speed, and global position in terms of latitude and longitude. Your position is also shown on a Google Map. Two forms of display are offered in this app. A panel display provides information about your position in text form while also displaying your position on the map. The dashboard display provides your direction, speed, and altitude in visual form while also displaying your position on a map. A variety of preferences allow you to set the time between display refreshes, unit of measure for displays, and an option to keep the display lit (blocking screen display timeout). Speed and altitude can be presented in metric or English (mph and feet) units of measure. Great for hikers, bikers or even for use in the car.
