Is not working even in Nigeria

Any time I try adding my card i get an error message saying: "sorry we could not process your transaction at this time"

Tried to set it up. Only country option is Nigeria. Oh, and the activation code they emailed me doesn't work. Nigeria? Sounds like a scam app. Uninstalled.

App keeps giving me login errors.. please fix

The only option is to pick Nigeria and then wait for it to send a code but I'm not in Nigeria... I'm in Washington... Pointless app and misleading when it says verve world...

Lovely app. Among the few I use for financial transactions. Only issue however is that after funding your eCash wallet using your cards, the app does not return you back to your dashboard except you click on back button which prompts you cancel transaction? Despite it being successful. I wonder how you guys could let your guards down there. Hope it would be resolved.

Enjoyed the app until I forgot my password. Requested for a reset which was sent to me, but no option to change the change the default password sent to me to my own personal password. I will have to go to my mail every now and then before I can log in. Its crazy

This app is not working anymore, any time I try to open it, it say unable to synchronize your wallet.

Wormy even link and days Nigeria only when selecting you country smh , waste of time ..

I have two phone lines. Sign up will not except either one. Tells me to enter a valid number. Not the way to start off with a new customer. If this is how business is carried out, I will be dropping credit card account. Uninstalling app.

I love this application but now any time I try to open it, it says ''unable to syncronize youre-wallet'' Do something, pls.

I don't see where I can carry out any transaction except adding new cards and activating safe token. I'm forced to use web versions for transactions.

When confirming mobile phone i live in the United States only gives Nigeria option...

Why do I still need my GTB Token before I can load my e-cash wallet when verve can easily generate a code for me as a sms. What if I needed money urgently and I am not with my GTB Token? Kindly work on this pls.

Difficult to add a verve and mastercard. The verification of card occur with errors, and the trying period is limited. Also one could not get quick response in the process of adding a card. Please do something.

Can't log in, always get connection timed out..

Will it work in Nigeria, I don't think so,but Biafra it's assurance support them now.
