Identity Guard® for Android
Shows only one credit score, why? I could never get the answer or the truth. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice and called twice. Was given weak answers and was told to go to the website... Really? Then why use app at all? Aggravation. Other services will do the same work for less. To be fair, the app used to work. Reliability and dependability is key.
Only shows scores, no other needed features. Preschooler must have developed it. Now considering a whole new monitoring company as I am still under my trial.
This app should have alot of the same stuff as the website it does not. Needs work!
Absolute garbage. Got one credit score then months without anything despite monthly updates on the Platinum plan. Surly agents and foolish policies. Save your money and steer clear of these morons.
Won't allow me to login. I am able to login thru web browser so ID and password are right but can't login with app on any of my 3 devices.
They take your money but they can't do what they promise to do smh... ????
I have an account, and I can tell you that this app is useless. There are only two pieces of info available on this app... Your 3 inaccurate worthless CreditXpert credit scores and any recent inquiries or disputes on your credit. It does not show your credit report, credit history, public info, accounts, etc. It's just shows you credit scores calculated by CreditXpert... Not useful to stay updated on your credit and identity status. If it's not FICO or VantageScore, it shouldn't cost $20.
I think there is a problem with my email and my user ID in password cuz it is Sandy's is incorrect and I don't know why it is incorrect cuz I use it for everything
I like it cause Of the variable things you can do with !
Doesn't really do much other than show you the score, no credit report, no public record etc.
Recently I added my wife to my account for $32.99, but I was charged 2 x $24.99 on 3/8 + $32.99 on 3/9.
Great info, gives you the basic details and alerts at a glance. The only thing that needs fixing is a faster method to log in. Even my banking apps with Chase and Navy Fed have pins or finger print scan for fast access. This app requires username and password to log in every time. Its redundant. Other than that, it's a good app.
This app isn't ready for prime time. Feels more like a Beta. Love the service. The website has a lot more features than the app. App is missing many features like showing all 3 credit scores, especially when the annual report was just run. App is also missing the kid sure section. There's no info on kids. App isn't able to track navigation. Using the back button kicks the user out of the app. Must have been developed for iOS first and ported for Android. Hopefully it gets better. Uninstalling.
I'm new to this service, but this app is almost completely useless. While their website offers a lot of great features and tools to help monitor your credit, the app only displays your scores, and thats it. Not something you exactly need to check constantly, to the point it's the only thing the app does. It also doesn't let you log in with a pin, or finger print, pretty standard stuff at this point.
Security features on the app log me out every time my screen dims, then I have to go through the entire log in again. There should be a setting where I can turn this off, or store my login or something that would make it more convenient.
Cannot log in to the app but website works just fine. Such big company and can't even hire decent people to fix it. How can I trust my info with them
No modern design or interface. Easily 5 years behind the curve. Some functions actually inform you to use website and not the app.
Logs me out while I am in it, security is one thing give me more then 10 seconds to read something, will delete
I'm already an identity guard member and everytime I try to log into this app it tells me they are currently experiencing difficulties. It's been telling me this for the last 2-3 weeks! It tells me to call a number for support but when I called they told me they don't know what the problem is.
It keeps telling me my login info is wrong. I use a Galaxy Alpha
Signed up on a desktop computer. Unable to login on app using my S5. Only allows CAPITAL letters for login username. Tried multiple times to change font size to get in..... forget it....deleted the app.
Not able to log on, does not recognize my ID or PW.
They take your money but they can't do what they promise to do smh...
Options are very limited. Needs ID Vault integrated into the app among other things.
Completely Useless! No Help, whatsoever!
With Direction & Feed Back doing the job for the time & technology going forward.
When do you guys update credit scores? I've had this subscription for a little I've a month and I've seen no changes in my scores.
So limited compared to full. I cannot renew credit score and see details. I hope i can keep all the same details i had with costco. I do not know what to do to stay on identity grd.
Does not accept userid/password. I can log on to the desktop/laptop version with no problems. I called IG Support and they said users were having problems logging in after an install. My mobile is the Nexus 5.
I love the service, but hate this app. I recently applied for a credit card and this app was badgering be constantly with obnoxious alerts, always in the middle of the night at like 3am. No way to disable the alerts in the app. I appreciate the notification but really need a way to disable the "active' alerting so my phone isn't blowing up every time I apply for credit. For now, I recommend just using the website and skipping the mobile app.
I only downloaded this today bc I noticed that my bank account was being charged and don't know how to stop it, as I canceled my account over a year ago. Why is my account being charged again & how do I make it stop? It does not show up in my subscriptions. I doubt I still have the emails from when I cancelled identity guard services bc it was so long ago, but I'm telling you now, that I want it cancelled and wish my account would stop being charged. Thank you. RE: The above comment. I called and was able to reach a real live person to help me immediately. She was extremely kind, considerate, patient and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. I wish I could remember her name (if the "big man" in the company has access to the representative that helped me, I feel she needs a promotion and/or a raise). It's so rare these days to be treated with kindness & respect. I truly appreciate it and will recommend to anyone. Thank you again & God bless!
I utilize a shortcut I created to the website for the in depth information. The app only shows the credit score and if a fraudulent claim was made. Canada's app shows way more. It would be 5 stars if more information was available.
Sounds like a good app. A few features (1 or 2) caught my attention when I was reading what the app does. After downloading the app it just prompts me to log in as if I was already a member which I am not. Nowhere to create an account. Unfortunately I'm going to have to give it 1☆ until you make it possible for new users to gain access. Please let me know when you do ✌.
BaaaaaaD company coz they need people who live inside U.S for 3 years and more even if you have everything SSI, Bank account, else, don't know why, BaaaaaaaaaaaaaaD company
Getting your credit score before buying a house has been great for us thank god for this app
Worked great until last update. Now when you view an alert in app, the alert doesn't clear unless you login to the website. Will change rating as soon as this is fixed.
This app won't accept my initial user ID and password. Keeps telling me to call their toll free # - not sure why. Is this not the same as the website? Decided to uninstall this app. Don't want apps that don't work on my phone.
Been a customer of yours for years, but this app will not accept my login and password information. What is the problem? Galaxy S4.
Can't log in from my Samsung Galaxy plus giving me a headache never mind
