The potential is there but it really doesn't do much. If it helped remind me of maintenance based on mileage or if it let me schedule service it might be useful but otherwise it doesn't provide much value.

Sign-up process is brutal. And all my information in there and now it says web services unavailable. This car better run nicer than the software.

Won't let me log in even though I can on my desktop.

Works fine on normal computer and website, but will not let me sign in using mobile device to mobile website using my Samsung S7. Keeps prompting wrong password, etc...

Come on Mazda! You guys have to know that this app is not good. Hire a software developer and get this working! Your cars are great though:)

The app always freezes when I try to use find my car function. Also, very basic app not rich in features. Needs lots of improvement.

Yikes. Look at the one star reviews! I put 3 stars because I love Mazda and my new MX5 Roadster and app exists. But app needs to be user friendly and personalized for easy access to your own car.

This looks like a developers first test app. It's a web app, not native. It's extremely slow (tested on Wi-Fi). Doesn't provide anything useful, same info is available on the website. Love the car, HATE the app.

When you log on does not work with the same password as their website it's not a good start. When you try to view one of their videos and it doesn't load with the highest speed Wi-Fi you can buy it's not a good sign.

On all the many select your car options mine is not present. Other options will not work properly, needs some work.

Can't really rate it since the 2017 models aren't available in the app yet. I would think they'd have that ready before they start selling them.

Forces me to select year, model every time I try to use maintenance schedule. The mazda connect is just a selector for finding blue tooth pairing instructions.

Isn't compatible with my Google Pixel or Nexus 6P. So basically the app doesn't work on google's phones. Google makes android so if it doesn't work on their phones, who is it made for?

After about 15 min of fooling around trying to sign up, my car isn't even listed. Waste of time.

How is username acquired?

Good looking app, reasonable layout. It did locate my car on a map. However, if I go into any of the sub-menus looking for details, the application does not respond to touch, even on the supposed hot buttons. Is it a touchscreen app? I have a LG-G4, Marshmallow OS. I also think it would be fun to customize the car color to match my vehicle.

Tapping doesn't work beyond the initial category screens on my SG5. So for example, I can select audio system but can't choose which type I have from the images presented. I'll stick with the paper manual.

Aside from initial visual appeal, there is very poor functionality in it. The manuals are incomplete. Clicking on buttons doesn't do anything. Better off using online guides.

The hotspot buttons do not work. It says to press for more info but nothing happens when pressed.

For me it means never miss another oil change or maintenance schedule. For my wife it has coupons!..Win-win!!!
