Tells me my username is in correct, used the same one for years. How can it be wrong now? And there is nowhere to find your "forgotten" username. Frustrated!! And when it does except my username all it does is spin on "loading account info" never goes past that screen. Over this!

Started having problems with my phone. Antivirus says there is a virus in this app. Also have the issues where I can only get logged in half the time. Please get this fixed. It might explain so many breached accounts this year.

This app is the worst! Can't get into bill pay at all.. oh wait can't get into bill pay even at the bank. Going on my third week of not able to use Bill pay ... can't even get my current bills that are being sent stopped resulting in over payment. Interra keeps promising it's going to be fixed .... I have yet to see it, very frustrating!

Get it right or I will find another institution to handle my affairs. Bunch of BS that I can never access my account. I have been defrauded of thousands of dollars from your bank so diligent monitor is a priority. Get it fixed ASAP

It keeps locking me out of my account and I keep having to change my password it's a pain in the butt know my username and I know my pass

Good for the most part but sometimes it f**ks up and repeatedly makes me enter a "secure access code" and it won't "save my device" even after I enter a code. I figured it was because I needed to update my app but that wasn't the case. Besides that, it's fine.

This app sucks. Can't gain access to my own account most of the time. The old app worked fine. Never had a problem. Well time to go try and try and try some more to see if the deposit I was counting on made it into my account. In the meantime I will sit and not be able to spend MY money.

But i went to my branch and they were able to help me. I think the purple that labeled this app low, chose not to have thier branch help them

This is a nifty app but it tends to crash after being left open for a while or when I try to fill in a password with the LastPass app.

I only use it to transfer money between accounts and check my balance, works great, taking a star off because the UI is extremely ugly. But functionally it's alright.

Does anyone that works at Interra even care or read these comments?! I'd think that if they did maybe they could switch apps again, The old app worked this one will not. I get logged in after one time then it won't let me back in at all. I've even tried telling a couold different tellers....no one seems to care or take care of the problems people are having!!

Can't set notifications to what I want anymore. Their response was log in more often. What good does a notification do if you have to login for details? Dumb

Just use for checking balances, and it works great! Fits the screen like a glove for my phone.

This app is infuriating compared to other banking apps I've used as it consistently refuses to even log you in.

I installed this app to use the check deposit feature. Eventually I was able to make the deposit but my god it was the most frustrating experience ever. For some reason the camera view is upsidedown AND tilted! Why would they tilt that?! Incredibly hard to fit the check into view because of it.

I haven't used this app much because the first weekend it was up, you couldn't log in. Now that I have, the one thing I need it for most is the most annoying new feature. The transaction history uses all its available space to say "withdraw debit card POS" instead of listing the most useful information first like Walmart withdraw, McDonald's POS, anything useful is found only by clicking that dates transaction and then looking, AND you can only click one thing at a time. More annoying than helpful.

And support blatantly denies anything is wrong with this new app. Here's a suggestion for the support staff. If a customer says something is wrong, investigate thoroughly before blatantly telling the customer they are wrong. Didn't have any issues transferring funds with the old app. This is a classic case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Got to use the check deposit on my phone and save me a trip to the bank that day .love that feature. Works great love the look of the app . Everything looks good to me . This is an long time coming compare to the old one but glad it's finally here.

Pretty sure all of your credit union employees that gave it 5 stars did so without even trying it. This app is junk, I can't even log in.

If I have to register online, where do I do so? There are no instructions, first off. And secondly, I can't logon. Nothing tells me where to go or what to do. It just says my information is incorrect. This app is a miserable excuse compared to the first one. I can't pay any of my bills or check any of my balances now.

Why would people rate this with 5 stars and then support staff tells you it's your phone......! I think it's the app....the other one was better!

Did all the updates and installed new app, confirmed my device, entered my security code, was able to log in one time. Now when I try to log in it just thinks then pops up a message that something went wrong. Disappointed~I rely on my mobile banking and now it's not even useable.

I couldn't FIND one of the features. The description states that the app can "Fine surcharge-free ATMs." Really? Confusing fine and find is a minor mistake, but doesn't strike me as very professional. That said, if the description is my biggest complaint, then the app isn't bad.

For some reason, it signed me out of everything and says my password is incorrect. Even though I've had the same password on it for years. That's really not an issue, but when I got to reset my password, it won't let me. I hate this new version.
