Agli inizi di questo secolo, nel 2005, un gruppo di amici si ritrovano dopo esperienze trascorse in vari ristoranti europei e decidono di aprire, in una posizione del tutto incantevole, un ristorante che potesse offrire ai clienti non solo degli ottimi pranzi o delle gustose pizze ma anche un panorama mozzafiato sullo stretto di Messina con lo sfondo dell'Etna che riuscisse a coniugare in modo quasi perfetto l'armonia che unisce il gusto con la vista

Il Ristorante - Pizzeria "Sotto le stelle" si trova a Terreti, frazione di Reggio Calabria. Dista 15 minuti dal centro della città, si trova in una località panoranica con vista sull'Etna di giorno e dove, di notte, è possibile osservare un magnifico cielo stellato lontano dalle luci della città.

I prezzi praticati sono altamente competitivi considerando l'alta qualità della cucina e l'utilizzo di prodotti provenienti dai contadini della campagna circostante o dai pescatori reggini: 20 EURO per un menu di carne e 25 EURO per un menu di pesce.
