The worst network I experienced so far even in Delhi NCR. Never recommend to use MTS.
Very poor ,plz don't purchase MTS browsing very slow,and customer care employees are not slove your problem and am daily facing dis problem n I don't want 2 give single star

No ability to activate some services, to make reports about the application problems and feedback. I think it's necessary to add online payments function.
No functionality, only few things you can do. You dont even get reports on this app, you have to subscribe via email. And I really doubt that it really has 100 thousand downloads.

A very bad experience with MTS! People at customer care don't even know what they're being asked! After spending an entire day explaining them the problem with connection issue, they filed at the end of the day a complaint. Oh btw, it was the 5th customer service agent who actually filed a complaint that too not the correct one! Today since morning again I've been asking them for help and again they're fooling their customer! And then they talk about their terms and policies!! Very irritating!
