ENCOUNTERS/ MATCHING - swiping left and right will only work if you have a photo on your profile. If they also swipe right on your profile this will notify you both of a "Match" and then you will see the options to add as a friend or send a message. (you can also press yes, maybe or no to make your decision) Not sure if you like a profile or not just click the maybe button and they will reappear once you've seen other profiles.

BANNED USERS- If a profile is removed and the user banned this is permanent and will not be lifted. All profiles seen using photos from a banned user will also be removed and banned.
