Personally they layout is meh and does the job, but it crashes at the worst times and I've even missed a important payment because of it. It gets one star because it keep reccuring all the damn time saying there is a technical issue. Someone needs to do there job right

How do you edit budget amounts in the Spending section?

POS app will no longer deposit cheque images. I have been using for 2 years with no issues but now the deposit section will no see cheque images no matter what I do. was so convenient when running a business to just take a picture of a cheque..now have to run to the damn branch again. Stupid app.

Please fix.

Ever since the last update it will not open on email transfers

Continuously having problems accepting and sending email transfers.

Not bad! Online banking is just so convenient. The layout is pretty good and different parts of the app are easy to access.

Interac transfers are painfully delayed (e.g. last transfer = 10.5 hour notification delay). It seems like interac transfers are placed on lower tier compared to the other institutions I use (notifications within 20-40 minutes).

Not as easy or as good as other bank apps

Solid visual update, loads faster and crashes less. Quick view no longer works regardless of settings and the app no longer automatically opens from in-browser etransfers.

The latest redesign looks awesome, and they've fixed the bug that previously caused the app to 'reset' every time you switched to another app. No complaints and works great!

The menus are slow to load and the app crashes about 20-25% of the time (regardless of Android or Apple OS). Depositing cheques via camera and cheching balances is the saving grace. Interac transfers are painfully delayed, seems like transfers are placed on low priority compared to the speeds of similar apps for vancity and BMO.

Use it to check my balance, pay bills, deposit paychecks.

Cannot log in and is not the first time this has happened or it has just refused to load. Needs immediate fixing.

Downloaded, took pictures of a cheque multiple times! Kept getting error on pics, I redid them several times. Can not use it to deposit, only reason I want the APP. Waste of time! I used this lots on my old Apple.....now have a Samsung

This was a great app. Loved the deposit anywhere feature. Sure the menus are really slow, but at least you can deposit a cheque without going to the bank, right? Not any more. Clicking "Use" on a cheque photo causes "Loading" for 2 seconds, then the blue "Interior Savings" splash screen ad infintum. Please fix!

I use this app all of the time because it's my bank but it drives me nuts because every page is so slow to load! Please fix this!

Love the deposit anywhere! Would of gave the app 5 stars but... This is clearly a port from an iOS app to Android and I'd have to say it is one of the worst I've used yet from a reputable company. I hope Interior Savings didn't pay big bucks for it. The app works correctly about 80% of the time. The other 20% I have to close the app and restart the process I was trying. Eventually I complete the task. It's also painfully slow to load any page and I'm using a Note 3. By far the slowest app one my phone.

Finally I've been waiting for this forever! My employer lives in the stone ages and writes me a check every two weeks. Great if you don't live out of town. Hahaha.

I use the app a lot. Minor issues kept me from leaving 5 stars though. Slow on WiFi, OK on cell network.

Happy to see on Android! Seems to work fine on my Nexus 5. Would love it if it had a way to connect with my IS Mastercard so that I can check my balance on the fly.

Works pretty well. Needs to let you back out and close the app from running when you are done. Stays running in the background.

Navigating pages is quite slow, and the cheque deposit seems broken (image previews don't render correctly), but account overview and paying bills seems to work nicely.

When you go to the login page, it will not allow you to type your card number in. If I can't login, I can't use it. I'm removing the app and going back to mobile banking. At least that works.

Mobile site works ok but it's nice to have a native app that is perfectly funtional.
