Used the Canadian app. At time of purchase I got my price and lead time. Price on the app is US dollars which isn't indicated, so the was 25% exchange on my credit card. Assumed it was Canadian dollars like every other app. Items were indicated to be two weeks at check out and took 5 weeks.

Ordered items and paid additional fee for quicker shipping and got them super late!! I ordered family pjs and they don't even fit!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

Not user friendly. Searched did not work. I searched coat, but many other items that were not coat would show up. It also showed on the list, if items are sold out. If the items are sold out dont put them on the list!!! After finding an item i may like, when look in to the item, it tells me item is out of stock. Found it a waste of my time. There are apps that have a better search like wish and aliexpress.

Bad website. Paid for my orders in Sept 2017. Now Dec 2017 still have yet to receive my 2 orders. To all Malaysian, better consider other websites. You cam scroll down and read all reviews. You can tell their reputation does precede them.

Ordered four things from patpat one item they didn't have anymore so had to get a refund, shipping took a long time, sizing is very bad 3 to 6 month size was bigger then 9 to 12 months size and hooded towel wasn't a towel at all but a one piece that was also dirty will never buy from patpat again! Waste of time and money.

Has a good collection.. But they cannot deliver the products on the date promised by them. They are atleast 15- 20 days late then the date of delivery they promise. So one should order a product which they would require after a month.

The app might by fancy but the app service is deplorable. I had ordered few clothes for my kids more that a month the back. Have not been delivered till now despite being promised in a week's time. And by some strange coincidence , my app has started malfunctioning and am not able to view the current status of my order. Software hiccup or devious design, I wonder. Great mistake to order by this app. Have lost all hope to get my order it a refund.

Have orderd a few things ranginf from Cloth diapers to kids clothing my matching stuff for my friends daughter and mine. Take a few weeks to get your stuff as it ships from China. If your app says packing or ready to ship and doesnt uodate always join the patpat facebook group and ask. They will help track it. 100% not a fraud app. Everything is great quality. 25% your first purchase if you use ostLPT you can use it more than once and get a percent off your total price.

Have ordered two items three weeks ago and the app still shows that they are being packed. Absolutely rediculous. We bought the items as a present for a baby and the date has already gone. Customer service ignored my letters. Do not install the app if you don't want to pay for nice pictures!

Ordered items before reading customer reviews. Asked customer service to cancel order and get a refund but they keep telling me the order is ready for shipment and they cannot cancel, they have to ship it and me reject the package. But the order remains in packing state meanwhile. This is stupid. Do not buy from them, total fraud!!!!

I'M from Egypt. I ordered in November 2017 and I got them in February2018. I paid a lot of custom. And I had to go to the post office to get the them. The items were as the pictures but not as good as I imagined because the material was bad. And all of the items were made in China

Great for baby clothes ! The delivery takes a little longer than most online shops but they state that. Will definitely be ordering again.

Worst company I ever bought from. Ordered in November and still didn't get my items, in January. The last status of my order was in December and I have already emailed them twice! Do not buy from them, otherwise be aware that the baby will grow up before your items arrive and all clothes will be small.

I think it's a scam. I have order few stuff and as per app it should have been deliver within 8-9 days but from last 8 days the order status is Packing only no shipment yet. I have dropped several emails and messages but no response from Patpat. When u try to reach customer care no one pickup the call. I think it's a scam

Cannot open application. It' says unsupported app

I have never had such a bad experience with any order like PatPat. I place the order on July 29, 2017 and paid for it and not even now, September 08, 2017 I did not receive the order. Their excuse is that between countries it takes time to deliver. Really? I have order from USA and received the order in max 10 days. I have asked for a refund. I am curious to see their reaction. My opinion? Fake site meant to steel your money...

Received my order and so happy with the good quality. Yes delivery is longer than most but it's free so why complain. Absolutely love it. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered three products..the total amount got deducted from my credit card..but no order delivery update till date..one month has already crossed..no response in email too..neither any order update via sms...wats wrong with this interfocus inc..I want to get back my money...even unable to che ck order status..plz help patpat group if you exist..

Products are nice but app is buggy . I can only select either color or size. And then says alert to select vice versa for the same

Low quality from China, price is high. Delivery takes a month. Definitely not a good choice

Well I found this app user friendly and found some awesome varieties of baby dresses. But once I placed the order it just disappointed me. Even after 20days my order is showing Processing. There's no prompt response from customer service team too.I will be uninstalling this app once I get my entire money back. Really very much upset with patpat.
