Mobile Assistant for Android
I'm using this app since more than 5-6 months and its a great one. However, I see one limitation which holds me; the security password is limited to only 9 digits, I wish this is increased more since some of our intercalls have 10 digits passcode. Kindly fix this in the next release.
Automatically adds parentheses to number after entering causing an error. I had to reenter every profile. Now unable to add anymore profiles. Reinstalled and can only add one number. There is no option for additional profiles. It had been rendered USELESS.
This application only works with Android devices which support the Hardware menu button. This makes it impossible to add more profiles on devices like the Samsung Galaxy S7 and others. They REALLY need to add a software menu button. All we need is a PLUS sign in the app.
Can only create a single profile. No menu button to add more user profiles.
Add erroneous numbers as a prefix.
This app lets me effortlessly join my weekly conference calls. Works incredibly on my Droid X.
Nice idea but it fails to dial the conference code and leader PIN number at the right time.
hi .. I'am using Lenovo S930 unit .. when i do connect it to laptop I can't view my mobile on my computer .. I search and found something .. they ask me to download a mobile assistant .. it gave link to follow .. but after downloading it .. it is different .. still i cant use .. please reply to my email.
Unable to feed the Conference Code and the Leader Pin automatically from the saved profile after dialing (through the same profile).
How hard would it be to add a "menu" button? Apparently very, since they haven't, rendering this ap worthless.
Ok but using on a s5 and I can't see any way to be able to build multiple dial in numbers. You used to be able to do this and it's shown on the pictures but can't find a way to do it!!! Please advise
Can't add more than one one Intercall profile. It's worthless without this being fixed!!!
This app allow only 1 profile setup. May be is Samsung S5 problem. Also, the telephone number field also not friendly. The bracket is out of place. Feel like is a third party app that have no idea what Intercall does.
One of my favorite apps on my mobile !!! works like a charm... only issue that I found is: once added, there is no way to edit the details.
Can't believe I went this long without it!
Dials extra digits between area code and exchange on DROID 4 ICS. Feature-poor.
It will be nice if there is a list of contact numbers that can be selected from and a call can be placed after making the selection. Should have the option to connect as a participant or the call organizer.
Since I updated to JellyBean, I'm having the same issue of the app appending a "011" to the beginning of the number in the dialer. As it stands, the app is useless.
Can't create the profile, waste appln.
No more panicking when I need to join a call while driving. Just push a button.
Very pleased accessing conferences automatically with one touch. No problems starting a bridge as leader or joining a bridge. One of my top 5 business tools.
leader conferencing dials out of order.. Need to fix conference passcode and confirmation. Joining when leader is screwy. Will change rating as new features come out
Works as advertised, including the leader PIN. Perfect!
This app worked flawlessly for a while, now suddenly is sending a "1" instead of a "*" to bypass the security passcode. Unusable for me now.
It just dials the conf number for you, no addition functionality. Lame
So this thing stores the phone number, conference code and PIN for Intercall conference lines. Good idea. Saves me programing the phone. Bad implementation. Gets the phone dialed and the conference code in, and then fails every time to get the PIN. Kind of crucial.
Worked fine on Droid X, but on MAXX it prepends 101 and Verizon doesn't like it. Either fix it quick or I'll have to uninstall it. No stars if it were possible, horrible experience.
This app used to work. Ever since the latest Android update, the dial in puts a 011 prefix, messing the call up.
Now asks for passcode before name when using the service
It does not dial * to bypass the security code ... it'd be nice to have additional in-call functions too
Works great on my EVO 4G! (Even works for some non-InterCall conference lines).
The new Samsung 5 does not have a hard button for the menu. This app does not offer a soft/screen menu. Thus can only add one account on install.
Why does this app have such limited functionality compared to the iPhone version? Works OK, but could be so much better than it is.
Good idea but I am unable to directly dial in. Pin does not accept * but while dialing in, I get "wrong pin" response
When I enter my dial in number, it automatically adds parens around the toll free prefix. However, when the app accesses the dialer, the parens are translated as "011" and verizon barfs trying to dial it. Also, the iPhone version has way more functionality for controlling calls as well as acting as an address book. Update Android as well!
... and it fails to enter both the meeting number and the pin (I can hear the tones dialing but Intercall doesn't recognizes them, I then enter them manually and get connected). I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S II, it doesn't works at all with this phone.
Somehow when I dial though the Mobile Assistant, it give me wrong conference code always at the same time when I try manually it works. Looks like some issue in the app itself, can someone take it up and fix it?
There has been a recent change where after you dial the bridge and enter your conf code, you cannot immediately hit star in order to enter your leader PIN. Instead, there is a new message that you hear at that point and hitting star just ends that message and prompts you to enter star again if you are the leader. This app does not handle this change and enters star one time (which just bypasses the new message) and then enters the leader PIN followed by hash. This means that you join as a participant only
No call back features. Kinda essential when your mobile can't dial UK toll free numbers direct. Until this is fixed application has limited use to anyone with any sort of minute tariff with their operator.

Not able to create more than 1 profile in Lenovo K4. The single profile created works though.
