Interactive Investor for Android
Is this app legit or a data miner? As when installing and trying to login nothing happens - so try again still nothing, is it just trying to collect all login details so some scum can access accounts and steal from our legit accounts? If it is legit, fix it please as it must be really embarrassing for a "professional" company to offer a rubbish product.
Raised an issue with customer support that I can't login with the app and got a vague reply about an issue with the account and they can't resolve the issue. Works fine via the website.
As described in the title, this app is terrible: ui not intuitive at all, login difficult and show as hell.. Might try the new beta version to see how it works and if it's as rubbish as this one I'll take my money elsewhere
No overview, so i have to go to desktop version which is what mainly use now.
Was still on version 1.2.5. Without graphs. Got graphs that display now!
Still cant access my sipp using this app.
App update now working. I had to completely remove the app and then reinstall it. All working ok now.
Never allows me to log on. What is the point of an app that does not work!
Graph axis points are unreadable, way too small.
Graph axis fonts too small to read
Unable to set alerts means this app is sub-standard. This used to be a good mobile platform until they changed providers. What a shame.
Finally, login fixed
Works now
Unusable for me. I have a long randomly generated password and it is not possible to enter it correctly on a touchscreen, never mind the fact that I can't even see the characters I am entering. Hoped it would be like the Santander banking app, where I only have to enter some digits from my pin. (HINT)
Used to work with lollipop android 5, but some objects on 'my holdings' take up too much screen and obscure prices. Now on Android 6 the app FCs frequently of won't load at all.
If you try and log into app in android marshmallow on Nexus 5 the app crashes.
Unusable on Nexus 5 with Android 6. Crashes every time I try to login. Rubbish.
Crashes after login page submission. This app needs some serious love developers, it feels like it is stuck in 2013.
Does not work on android 6.0
This used to be an OK app but crashes as soon as I log in now. Tried asking the company but they say there isn't a problem. Pointless downloading. Apparently they are working on a new version now to fix this. Let's see.
Programme keeps crashing. Not sure on cause...
Crashes after authentication under marshmallow. No longer usable.
Used to work perfectly but unfortunately under android 6 it crashes before loading after entering your login information.
See above.
No options for editing regular investments in the app.
I would like widgets for shares. Would be nice to be able to add/manage regular investment
Not a particularly good implementation. Doesn't show FTSE gainers and losers despite the titles on the page. It would be helpful to see my portfolio ..as with the web version rather than just the stocks owned in iii. Running on a nexus 5

If you open the app you can just hit the 'back' button on your phone until you get to the last time you put your login details in. Then hit enter and you are logged in. So anyone can instantly access. Been using this app for a few weeks. I was getting increasingly irritated at the bloated login screen. Username, password with a capital and a number AND 2 digits of you pin. You enter the first digit then select the next box and then enter the 2nd digit. This app needs serious and urgent attention
I would like to see how shares are performing by percentage change on the day. I would also like to be able to sort my shares into one or two different views.
A very good app which allows mobile trading. I am not a professional but look after my family's stock portfolio. Logging out does not close the app and allows all the previous pages to be displayed. Sort this out and I will give it 5 stars. The same problem persists even after several updates. Not impressed! The security problem has still not been sorted as history is visible even on logging out - 16/1/15.
FTSE 100 losers is broken. Thanks for the lollipop fix. I would like to see some sorting and/or filtering of the portfolio view. Landscape view would be very helpful
Works again with lollipop android 5. Some objects on 'my holdings' take up too much screen and obscure prices.
getting a message "error occurred" since upgrading Android to lollipop v5 on Nexus 4. is good when working!
Just comes up with "error" when you try to log in.
Fine with older version of Android but now just gives an error when trying to log in despite no changes to any logon details
It's very useful to have such easy access to my holdings and be able to trade on the go. Would it be possible to add a graph to show a combined view of all holdings in the account (e.g. a line for each holding)? It's annoying to have to individually click on each holding. Maybe in the next release?
Cannot see any of my investment tracker - so basically useless
