Infinite loop -> Log into acct., get SMS code, log into acct. Rinse, repeat. Worthless app. Not tested adequately.

does not send sms. tried to click on the send sms button a few times, logged in again, used different default browsers in the phone ... nothing helps.

Had to re-install to correct an auto login issue with PC web browser. App doesn't launch numeric keyboard, knowing its a PIN input requirement. No fingerprint support.

finally works now but no fingerprint verification and application very laggy

Incredibly laggy, and no fingerprint verification. Not a lot of other options for IB though...

Look forward to the fingerprint function instead of pin.

Works great when I am on Home Wifi, 4G or 3G. It only fails when I am connected to office wifi, where I have to go through a challenge input input. This would be an awesome app if it supports fingerprint authentication instead of PIN, like the iOS app.

Doesn't work. Can't enable user. Every time I go to input sms code, app refreshes and I have to start all over.

Notifications randomly stopped working on android with the new updates. Now I have to manually enter the response string to log into my account.

unlike other reviews, I had no problems setting up the digital key and logging into my account using it ! sure the app is a bit clumsy right now, goes in/out of background but works as advertised

My nexus5x phone got the notorious bootloop, can't get into my acct because that phone had the ib key authenticator.... Why can't I add my new phone without the stupid challenge string that can only be obtained on a phone that won't even turn on?! Stupid app.

The app doesn't close normally after successfully key in pin, keep on pressing the back button would just loop back to main page

Do you know what would make this fantastic? Fingerprint support on Android like to you already have for IOS.

Missing fingerprint authentication as the iOS version has it.

Very responsive. And it seems very secure.

Another vote for Authy with push. This app works fine but does not recover well with a phone upgrade or lost phone. Either need to be able to use the old code card as an alternate means of authentication in the event the phone is not available OR provide a recovery mechanism that does not involve having to phone customer service.

Old version was perfect. Now I got fancy buttons but can't trade anymore. Cleared data as I read it helped. Now I'm in a deadlock as cannot recover / changed SIM cards. Loved the old version.

Back button doesn't work correctly. Scrolling is slow, the app hangs.

Can't login to my account any more. Was working fine before upgrade. Why fix something which ain't broken and cause so much pain to users?????
