This used to be good but now it's broken. It won't even let me sign in. It says I should check my internet connection, which is fine and running smoothly, thank you. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing, and it's the same old bs. I even waited a couple weeks to see if maybe they just needed a minute to fix their deal but nope. Guess nobody is home so, fare thee well, jerks!

It will not load anymore. Just always says no active alerts. Used to be an awesome app but now you don't get any info at all. Just no alerts. Very annoying

Stopped working. Always says no Alerts but I here tha fire whistle go off all the time. Gotta N something goin on somewhere

I used to love this app when it worked. Now it constantly says check Internet connection. Well there's nothing wrong with my Internet, says it even when I'm using my phone data. Please fix this problem

Extremely useful app, the layout is kind of odd and the button on the main menu for the map is stretched, from a graphic designer pov, it throws me off every time. Other than that, perfect!

Concept is good. Have never been able to sign in.

This app is pointless. The website is updated, but the app lags behind or doesn't show anything at all.

Used to use all the time. Now it says can't connect to Internet.

It's a great app, but hasn't worked in two days. I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I wish Greenville County, SC was included. I live at the line of both counties.

Helpful, but could use improvements like linking to Google maps or the ability to copy an address for navigation.

Just edited my review the app was patched and is now working again I love it and it is very useful!

Loved this app, last 3 days won't load. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still won't work. Tried multiple devices. Fix it!!!

It should say in the app info whether my town is supported, rather than making it the last step while signing up for an account.

We use this app to help spread information for our local neighborhood watch. The app is great when it is working. It has alot of down time in my county. Will constantly say it can't connect to the server.Close to 500 people in our group and when the app goes down we all experience it. It's not just an isolated incident. I don't know who's fault this is. If it's a problem with safetown servers or our county not doing their part to keep it running. If it worked at least 90% of the time I'd give it 5 stars.

...but I dont usually have trouble getting in. I hope it's only a glitch. I also think that the app doesnt show enough of the incidents that happen in my city. The website is much better. It would also be nice to have a key to explain what some of the incidents are.

It's a good app just the report don't work at all. Always says something is wrong with it. If that would work then I'd gave 5 star's.

Need to have a longer list. 20 is not enough for a large city. Also it would be nice if they stayed on longer.

This app loads slow and doesn't seem to display current information. Additionally, it loads at a world view level instead of my city.

Well I loaded this on my phone. It works great for a couple days. Then when I open it, it says " no active alerts" . but if I delete it and reload it, it will work for a few more days then stop again

Wish there was a way to see several days to see if there is a pattern of incidents., especially in neighborhoods.

If it shows anything , it is hours old.

Don't bother downloading this app,the agency that runs this is really a joke,it's either down or just poorly put together.
