they suspended CAN without any notification and not even replied to single email out of four since last 20 days... worst thing is when I call toll free number, representative directly told me that I have to drop an email (which I already dropped 4 times) we don't know anything about reactivation
Data never gets updated. I have redeemed my units long back but those units are still showing in my login. It's becoming very difficult to analyse my investments and redemptions. I am required to keep track of investments separately in excel sheets to track.. I have raised query in connect help desk but it never gets responded.. Query is open for almost a month now..
It is good to see all the MF investments in one place. But unable to identify if I am running in loss or gain. Always current value is shown. Where is the cost value?. Also it will be good to include the Category Wise Holdings in the app as well.
Apparently they have started a service without the intention to serve. The folios never get updated. I have been chasing their customer care since over a month now. (complaint no. 17096QZA19). Put your act together.
I have open CAN and it is now almost 20 days but still I can't see my holding. It seems it take long to map the existing folios. More updates one data is visible.
Useless, data don't get updated. Could not redeem what i invested from their App. Call center number no one will answer. They don't even respond to online complain on their portal.
Great!! I was looking for such app for a long long time. Just 1 thing if you can provide how much amount invested in different schemes for the whole financial year with transaction data. It would be great.
1. Create pin based login instead of entering everytime user ID and password. 2. Transaction history is missing. 3. Include graphical chart of a particular mf when we click on it. 4. Days gain or loss part is missing.
I submitted a complaint having request id 7072ZZ0000E 2 month ago but no action has been taken. Customer service is worst. Don't go for it seriously. Please be prompt in resolving complaints.
Just one request...if there could be a place where one could see the captain gain/ loss statement ..it would really help to tract when to enter and exit a fund...
In app as well as on website no details on how much money invested and percentage return for each mf. It provides simply the values as per current nav. It makes very difficult to predict the increase or decrease in the invested amount.
Unable to login for almost a month now. Customer care doesn't bother to reply on email. How can you continue with such third class service!?
When you guys will start sevices for individuals investor ?? Who still require paper work for transactions..mwhen you started concept it was being told very soon online service for individual investor will start which will based on CAN ... false promises with individual investors ..
Last 20 days in my MFU DASHBOARD , my birlasunlife Mutual fund folio are not displaying whereas earlier it was showing. Continuously i follow with MFU customer care & also logged complain in portal but they are not responding properly my query, always told that our technical team will take Care but not getting any updates.. It's very sad for MFU & customer relationship..
Hi can anybody help , when I enter correct username and password also.. after I hit enter it's not opening...even not saying password is correct or not, some bug in this app
App is like black n white tv....no graphics...user interface is very boring.....there is long waiting time in NAV updates.....even purchase reflect later 2 days compare to mutul fund company s App....you should take look n feel of SBI MF App...Login through PIN from ICICI MF APP....bar/pie charts from Reliance MF...please improve this app
This is an excellent initiative taken by the Mutual Fund industry in favour of small investors in India. There is a lot of scope for improvement in the App right now and I would suggest that the development team must take clues from CAMS in this regard, but there is no doubt that the idea of CAN and the work done so far by MF Utilities is commendable.
On start page, no link for new user, how to register, what if forgot user id, help option... Nothing
It's better if u provide things like investment and Return on investment . Pls update my recent investmens based on my PAN CARD.
I am using this app to raise transaction requests for my clients. Everytime I need to enter CAN number manually. It will be helpful if I can save can numbers of all my clients in this app and select can number from drop down list at the time of raising new transaction request
One of the Best financial Apps. True to the name of MFU charter, an excellent transaction aggregating tool. Am able to see all my holdings, make Purchase, redeem, setup SIPs and track these transactions. One important suggestion for now - Currently in Track order, the Order status is shown at GORN level only, for each GORN, at ITRN level the status is not shown. Update the app to show ITRN level Order Status within each GORN as well. This will help when transacting with multiple AMCs/Funds within a single Order. Congrats to the MFU team for an excellent app. Wishing you well for continuing the great work.

I am unable to log in to my mf utility account via app. Web platform works fine but not the app...
App dashboard is offline and updates once in a day but even there are errors in data sync from cams w.r.t. units and folios.
This app need to have Total Investment, Current Market value of the purchase, Percentage increase. All these must be in dashboard with quick view of comparison with other Schemes taken. Better graphics need to be there. If these improvements are not done then this application has a long way to compete with other competitors.
I am very much happy with the services and the App designed by MFU. Though they are in their initial phases, but in recent future lot more is expected from the developers of Web Version as well as App to include the Investment amount, XIRR, CAGR, Statements etc in the dashboard. Best of Luck...
When I enter the user id , the entire I'd is not taken. Previous character disappears , when I enter the subsequent character. I am able to login through the website and that is working perfect.
It does not work now a days. Not even able to login. Once the credentials are given, the throbber just shows up and it never logs in. It use to work fine some time ago. Please fix the issue
I have got CAN. I searched in web site also but I didnt find hw to login in the app. There is no option of register.
Loved the website and the app. However you should also show capital gain or loss statement for each fund.
While it gives absolute returns more important for retail user is IRR/XIRR, when investments are SIP based. Also recommendations, comparisons on funds is useful. Owners/Developers shld look at these features provision.
Its Shocking to see when I logged into my MFU portal to initiate transaction for my client, recently you started search option to find the client but to my surprise when I typed my client name I got the list of all clients starting with this name from other ARN also and it was allowing me to initiate transaction for that CAN. I have concerned with this you can't give access to any ARN holder all data of clients , it's a breach of privacy and against the SEBI law Reqest u to look at issue urgent basis
Good to see this app finally for Individual Investor. Thanks for the Better UI as well. Still some more improvement / features addition will be very much required for 5 Star. :) 1) App Should have Password Save option to avoid login each time. Addition of Pattern unlock might be a good to have features. 2) Each investment shows only total unit and current value. Invested Amount and CAGR will be must to get the return and % of return. 3) Features to assign each investment to different user created portfolio is required. This will help investor who manage Goal Based portfolio. Now all investment of different portfolio created for different goal are coming under same CAN and no other segregation is possible. 4) Once you have Portfolio concept introduced, Investor should have Portfolio based CAGR and 1 CAGR for all investment under a CAN. I think this are must to have features to have a clear idea about investment amount, return, progress on each goal and performance tracking. Hope this feedback will help to enhance this product and customer experience. Thanks.
App is not working since log time. Soon after submitting credentials app will hang. Just keep processing in login screen.
The app has some problem...From last one week I am not able to login into my account..
Facing more issues in transaction completion. Much improvement required while comparing other MF sites.
Issue 1 bug report When typing username as soon as type 3 characters it appends those 3 characters again in username field making it impossible to login in the app. Issue 2 No capital gains section ; no current valuation versus capital invested comparasion ; need to have a portfolio manager advice for investors use this app for buy n sell online ; check returns computation on mycams app or use value r esearch online website They allow upload of transaction statements in pdf or excel format from all rtas which covers the industry. This website works for me as it my corrrected name while kyc qebsite gives incorrect spelling of my name to all amcs Issue 3 Introduce mailback stayent like cams ; try to mimic cams app and you will be good app allowing to invest in 95 % of industry

The transaction part is full developed and I would say I am fully satisfied with it. But the history part is completely missing. One can't fetch the details of past transactions as well as you don't get any information on gain and loss - short term and long term , percentage return. These are the basic information one would expect from an investment related site or App. Pls do these at the earliest. Further to your reply: Why don't you take data from CAMS? CAMS has all the data against a PAN
