i downloaded it and tried to reset my password but there is this black box for privacy notices and such in the way. so i cant do the 1st step of changing my password to get into the portal and use it

The reset password issue has NOT been fixed because I just tried to log in and was prompted to reset and that stupid black box is STILL covering the reset button, this app is useless garbage! You can't do anything that matters from it anyway, you have to use the portal for everything, which is inconvenient

Whoever created this app should get thier teeth curb stomped! Worst piece of sheet! And they are lucky I even considered working for these cock gobblers again. Worst company to work for. Should've went ba ck to mcdonalds

I just downloaded this ap and tried to use the credentials sent to me in the welcome email. The app responds that i do not have permission to use the app.

To everyone who says they can't log in... your username and password is the one YOU created when you signed up for your job. Your last name plus last four of your social is your username, and if you don't remember your password you can reset it from there.

Wasn't letting me log in for some reason and didn't even give me the option to create a profile or a new password.

This is silly. Since the day of my interview I have received several pieces of literature regarding this app...I finally downloaded it and boom... NOTHING. I can't log in, it won't let me reset the password. Nothing. So I come to the reviews and see that pretty much everyone else had the same problem. I even went to the website that you guys referred others to but guess what..it won't allow me access either. Is there anything you can do to fix this problem??

This app sucks ive had to reset my password a thousand times then after i reset it itll say invaild password and plus ive also signed up on the website still not letting me in

Just as everybody else it won't let me sign in... I click on forgot password, the first 2 times it said my temp password would be emailed but no email and now it does nothing ...

Both amazon and integrity mangers and staff coaches are wonderful . they want you to do well and its always fun working .

Doesn't log in

Integrity itself is a pretty 1 star, every time I go to the office there's girls hiding in the back doing each other's nails. Honestly I didn't think anything could be worse than wasting gas going out there to answer ads for high paying assignments and being told "oh actually that company isn't hiring right now, go home and wait for us to call you. No we don't give away our number here, we will call YOU". Turns out watching it pretend to log me in for twenty minutes is about, oh 10% more infuriating.

App wont let me login on my phone but get on tablet I can login just it gets stuck on the reset password page. Integrity you need to fix these and make sure the app works before you send links to employees to use it.

Useless app. Followed email from company promising all this access to my account. Followed login and password tips. Yup....I am not authorized to log in. Delete.

The app is very easy to use. It can be used to call out, and much more.

Log in problem.

First you have yo log in on the internet page website in order to work then on the app so your able to logg in thats how it worked on my samsung phone.

Once integrity sent me a call I was able to assign myself to a job. It worked really smooth and I'm excited to get to work :)

Then why would you send me an email to use this app

I just got an email from Integrity to install an app that can show me all my relevant employee info. I actually go to orientation this coming Monday. I installed it to my Samsung phone and followed the email's directions to log in and.....nothing. It just says 'logging in' but never actually logs in. It's been saying 'logging in' for about 8 minutes now.... edit: now it timed out and says I don't have permission to use the app. WTF? Can you guys fix this please?!

Is the user id and password the ones we use for work? If not there is no option to start an account. If it is I keep getting an error when I know my information is correct. If this app would work I feel like it would be amazing.

Ok, I got an email, it said to install the app. I have done so and it says I don't have permission to use the app. I have used both the right username and password. I've attempted to change the password but it says it doesn't have my email address. How is that possible if I received an email to install the app?
