I thought this was going to be big help with reminding me to put the correct bin out early enough. This was not the case. After a couple of weeks it justs stopped working. Im very Dissapointed

Bin reminders worked at the start then stopped. Needs improvements to allow reporting of other issues eg litter, dog fouling etc.

It's useful to know what is due to be collected next and when. It's such a simple idea you'd think there's no way to mess this up but they have! It currently says my next collection is due on the 11th (two days ago). It also says this information is out of date and that I should refresh it. But there's no refresh option!! Come on Ashfield. Get this right. It's not exactly rocket science.

Do any of the features work? As a concept, it's a great idea. Engaging the public with the council, allowing people to report things like fly tipping and vandalism. Actually you end up doing nothing, other than typing the same things in half a dozen times, failing to get anywhere and giving up. Can we report *this* rubbish to the council?
