Worked perfectly. Now able to access my documents if needed without carrying the paperwork. Calendar is used to enter your date of birth, sort the year out first top left corner. Only needed to enter last eight numbers of the policy which came straight up.

Does just what is required. The date for your age could be easier if the screen told you to tap on the year then select from the list your birth year. Apart from that, the only improvement I can see is to be able to enter your new policy number when you renew. Not the end of the world though. Just uninstalled and reinstalled, put my new number in and everything appeared as required.

Absolute rubbish. Does not recognise my details despite copying information from the emails. Worked before it was upgraded! Will not be purchasing future policy.

Unusable. To enter my date of birth required 847 (I'm not exaggerating) screen taps, and if I made a mistake I had to start again.

Won't even start. Gets as far as the opening screen and crashes. Tried on three different samsung devices.

I can't even get my policy up keeps saying error try again. Its crap.

Utter cr*p. Enter date of birth to get policy details and a calendar pops up. Seriously, I have to swipe or tap to go back decades, this will take ages. What a dumb design, no thought at all.

Great App..not sure what all the bad reviews are about I ordered my policy online which was straight forward and very reasonable price then downloaded the app and took me less than five minutes to set all my details and able to retrieve my policy documents with no problem.

Who knows whether it's any good?

Try logging into this by entering date of birth. I'm 52 and got repetitive strain injury through scrolling 52 years back through the on screen diary. Come on, think about it!

Cannot enter birthdate unless I do about 900 back clicks rubbish

Useful app with information about your destination, you can add multiple trips but the downside is you can't add multiple policies for those trips, scrolling through the calendar for your date of birth is a also pain.

Have to scroll years and years to get to my age then it doesn't recognise my details and have to do it again. The developers need sacking. Worst app I have ever seen. Uninstalled.

Doesn't work. Possibly because of the apostrophe in my surname but c'mon there's a lot of people with them. Guess I'll just print off my policy instead

Had two policies for two trips. Entered number of second policy and only way to update was to uninstall the app and start again.

Will not retrieve my policy on spite of triple checking my policy number and details. Uninstalled and tried again, still saying my details incorrect. Uninstalled again

Doesn't recognise policy number/quote number on Samsung or iphone. Tried numerous times firstly on iphone and just received error messages or not connected to internet which I was

404 errors when trying to get new quotes or retrieving old ones. Looks slick but no substance.

Just downloaded this app and I am in love with it after just a few minutes. Great features such as the bizarre facts from around the world and the holiday countdown. This is one app which will be staying on my phone.

Can't input dob manually, had to scroll through decades of dates. Then app couldn't find my info anyway! Deleted immediately, useless.

I bought an insurance policy ind inputted all the correct details. Yet the app would not work. It kept displaying an error code. I reinstalled the app same problem again. I contacted Insureandgo who were not interested as they dont run the app from there servers. Complete waste of time this app.
