I have had a terrible experience using this app of late. I mean you can't even call this an app. This is a chat client made with a telegram API, nothing else. The people who respond to requests are very rude at times and the services get delayed beyond my patience can give way. They never tell you before downloading the app that its services are limited to the domain of Bangalore and anyways those services are too deplorable to avail. Honestly!

They deliver only to selected locations. Which they don't disclose before taking the order. Infact I have placed an order earlier, which means my location also should have got saved in their database. There is definitely a good scope for better management.

This app promises a lot, but delivers very less. Moreover, it asks me to install telegram, in addition to whatsapp and hike, further slowing down my phone. For an app which is supposed to provide on demand services, it sure demands a lot.

The app doesn't make it clear that they only support a very limited area in Bangalore. Don't waste time downloading this if you're not in Koramangala, Domlur, Indira nagar. I found out the hard way after 2 failed requests.
