Djibouti, en forme longue la République de Djibouti (en arabe جمهورية جيبوتي, en afar Gabuutih Ummuuno, en somali Jamhuuriyadda Jabuuti), est un pays de la Corne de l'Afrique, situé sur la côte ouest du débouché méridional de la mer Rouge. Il est limitrophe de la Somalie (Somaliland), de l'Éthiopie, de l'Érythrée et du Yémen.

Djibouti est aussi le nom de sa principale ville et capitale.

Djibouti is also the name of its main city and capital.
