PLEASE HELP. I AM UNABLE TO PLAY VIDEOS ON INSTAGRAM WITH MY PHONE VERSION 7.0 NOUGAT. I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT IN SAME WIFI CONNECTION MY BROTHER CAN PLAY VIDEOS FAST. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THAT

Its a great app I can talk to my friends and college's but.....I CAN'T LIVESTREAM plz fix once it is fixed I'll give 5 stars

Dear instagram, I've beenyour loyal user for 3 years and I have nothing to complain untill now. I'm super disappointment and need a explanation. Please tell me WHY EVERYTIME I WANT TO FOLLOW SOMEONE, IT SAYS YOU ARE TEMPORARILY BLOCKED??? It happened for quite long time now and it is super frustrating. WHY?! I don't think that I did something wrong. Please fix it. I've already reported it so many times. I need a solution. Because of my disappointment, I disabled my account right now. And hopefully when I log in again, you've already fix it. Thank you so much.

Edited review: the updates have made Instagram somewhat better, however some notifications are still way behind. And it would be good if there was a mute button, like Twitter has. I don't necessarily want to unfollow certain people, just not see their posts every now and then (because sometimes some people I follow post silly things like 'quote this with your opinion about me'). Also the timeline needs to be exactly that, a timeline, in time order.

So not only is the update and logo ugly,it continues to crash. Had to uninstall, if it continues Also full openof illicit adverts and half naked folk trying to get info out of you. Needs controlling. As of 26-4 very much having problems with trolls on your timeline and advertisers putting very random comments that don't fit in with the photo feed,alas Instagram/Facebook don't seem willing/able to do anything about it. In an hour's worth of timeline I've had 23 adverts,more than actual posts.This is a very big issue. You can now take pictures of yourself and put stupid dog ears on your photo,however find something that is offensive and you report it,it goes​unnoticed. I have auto update switched off, yet somehow this app and Facebook seem to bypass this option and auto update at freewill.

1) I HATE the non-chronological timeline. It is the absolute worst part of the user experience. I just want a linear, chronological timeline that remembers where you left off so you can scroll down to see older posts you haven't seen yet, or scroll up to see newer posts. The "intelligent" timeline also likes to suggest old photos from people you just followed, and liking those posts from your timeline just makes it seem like you were stalking them. PLEASE get rid of this stupid timeline, it's just ridiculous. 2) the number of spam accounts is just unacceptable. It's INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING to receive follow requests from bots advertising "free dating" or "free sex" nearly every single day, sometimes even multiple times a day. One possible solution is to analyze account profile photos for the text "free dating" or "free sex" and that shouldn't be too hard considering most bots use the same font. Or, make it harder to set up an account to deter bots from being created in the first place. --- These two things aside, Instagram is great. But PLEASE fix these. If both of these get fixed, I will change this to a 5 star rating.

I am unable to tag people I follow. Their name doesn't show up in the options. Please fix this issue. Other than this the app is quite good! I've come across some amazingly talented and creative people in my city through this platform, which otherwise might not have happened. Keep up the good work!

Had to make an extra account. Tried to delete said account. Forgot password to disable account, they texted me a link to change my password which was invalid so I couldn't change my password. Tried going to where you complain about things in the app and it said my account will be permanently disabled because I was typing to fast and that I'm abusing other users because of my typing, and I am by no means that fasted typer in the world. I was trying to ask how to change my password, I wasn't typing in threats or anything. This whole experience ruined my love for Instagram. Noe I kinda hate it.

Things are so ridiculously out of order it's not funny. Not to mention it brings up photos I've already liked before the ones I've already seen or they won't be there until hours later. So now I feel like I'm missing a lot more than 70% of my feed. My liked photos have also gone way down since this started. Stop messing with stuff that isn't broken! Just got 15+ ads in one scroll. Really? I would give it 0 stars if I could!

My Instagram account (it's a fan page of a celebrity) got hacked few days ago. I got it back after few hours. It was all normal until last week. Now suddenly it is losing its followers. I'm not gaining any but losing many. This is happening since last few days. Is it because of the hacking thing?

It deactivated my profile!! I followed the guidelines and did nothing wrong. I even emailed for the mistake when it takes you to the deactivated page. I haven't gotten an email back. Please help me! I have no bad post on my page. Another thing is that it wont let me sign into any other accounts.

Pretty good. WAY better than Facebook. I used Instagram primarily to post goofy pics of my Greyhound, but also to see what my buds have been up to without the accompanying thoughtless, poorly written and unprompted sociopolitical rants that Facebook is know for inspiring. Now with STORIES I occasionally and accidentally click on an infinitely looping video of people doing non-instagram-worthy things (usually) in lame locations. Also, a chronologically sequenced timeline/feed/whatever would be nice. Lastly, I would pay for the ability to block certain hashtags by entering them in the app, so I can stop seeing stuff like "#kardashians" and "#kardashians". I don't know, maybe these are already options and I'm just an idiot. Overall, great app, folks. Good job!

This app is great and one of the best social media apps that I owe and have but I have one problem, video quality on stories. The quality when I record seems to be great but once I review the recording, it's grainy and sort of pixelated. Even when I do use my camera app from the phone itself it takes high quality photo but when I'm trying to post it on my story, via swiping up and choosing videos, it converts it to this grainy, blurry video. I tried restarting my phone, clearing app cache, Uninstal and reinstalling the app but nothing works. The good thing is when taking a picture, it doesn't make this blurry effect, just on videos.

I love instagram. But lately it has had a lot of glitches. Such as notifications not showing when recieved. I get notifications on my phone sometimes days late and i have already seen them. Often there is an error where i cant like or comment on anything without a "report problem" box popping up. The only way to rectify it is to close instagram and reboot my phone. Frequently i try to tag friends in captions, comments or on photos and they wont show up in the tag search (and YES these are people i follow and frequently have activity between us) it is super frustrating and needs to be fixed asap!!!

I really enjoy Instagram. My only complaint is that for some reason the fun stickers that used to show up on the story feature are no longer showing up. It's just showing emojis. Im wondering if this feature will come back? I liked the different options Instagram had over snap chat but since the stickers disappeared I definitely find myself using snap chat story more. I hope they bring them back eventually.

Stickers for stories are not showing up. The only stickers I have the option of using are the location, time and temperature and then gives me the option of using any of my phones emojis as stickers. Not sure what's wrong but please fix it! Also, when I type someone's name in to tag them, they don't pop up for me to select. So I then have to exit from what I'm doing to search for their Insta and memorize they're tag and then go back to what I'm doing and tag them. Super annoying!

Beat app ever! It is amazing! I found all my old friends from a state I moved away from. It is an amazing way to keep track with all your friends and family. There is no problems that I have had with it. Ever. I recommend you to download it.

90% of the time the videos in my feed never play.. doesn't matter if I am on wifi or network.. all the dumb story videos play fine, but you can't get your feed ones to play?! This app is suffering. I mostly use it for editing. Get your game together, this was once a good app.. disappointing, and frustrating. S7 edge, fix it's platform.

I love Instagram, with recent updates I am very dissatisfied. The order of followers are no longer in order showing most recent first. I like to see who has most recently allowed me to follow them. I also do not like the order of my feed. It was easier and more convenient when in order by time. Now I miss 90 percent of what my friends post. If those were changed I would rate a 10/5 lol

Moved to Insta because my Facebook friends lost their minds in this past presidential election. I just want to have fun and swim, bike, run.... And share these adventures with others!! Insta let's me do that. Easy to use app. Great options for filtering pics which I rarely use.

It is a very good social media apps to find friends from all over the world but instagram should extend the length of time for the video version up more that 1 minute or at least at minimum give a 5 minuets length as most of the people would like to show videos online and it is being cut to just one minute and the receiver would not understand what is the sender trying to tell. So ease upgrade it.

Why is my 'following' list not in a order? It's randomly arranged. Before it used to be arranged from new to old. Bring that back please. And also now I'm unable to tag some of my friends. Help me with that please.

I shouldn't be surprised that this Facebook managed app gets clunkier with each update, really. But it does. New functionality, but never a bug fix in sight. Slow, stories fail to upload, notifications days late. It's a good job you're not asking us to pay for this. Oh, but then, the stupid "get likes/followers" bots do that, eh?

Overall instagram is a great app. I was just thinking maybe there should be a night mode kinda like twitter? :) (new edit) i cant upload videos, in my case it was 4 vids that are each max 5 secs long. It tries to upload and after a good 10 mins it still doesnt upload, i clesred my ram, i restarted my phone, i cleared app cache, i checked my internet5, i have a high end android phone, fix this intagram please.

Dear developers of Instagram... stop with the algorithm shiz... it's not clever, it's not funny, it's not nice!... I want to see my friend's latest photos, I want to see and support the little people! And I want my friends to see me! In our not-so-small corner of Instagram, our #bookstagram community is a blessed thing, but there are so many people who are annoyed by your development they have started to look for another platform, and if you don't do something about it soon you could potentially lose one heck of a lot of users... including me!

Update - you have now completely deleted my second account and I have to rebuild it. This is unreal! I love the app however, I am not a fan of how the news feed does not show posts in chronological order, and only shows posts from people that I've liked more than others. Also, I've been having trouble getting into my second account. I'm being told there is a network error whenever I try to log in. Would love it if that were fixed ASAP.

Well . Instagram is meant to be the best app ever . But then recently I was shocked when someone was using my dp for a fake account. This isn't fair i didn't know how . Using my display picture for another account . I reported that fake account several times and told my friends to do so . But yet Instagram took no action.

A few months back i have upgraded the app. Ever since i have not been able to watch videos niether from people i follow nor on search section. I have raised this concern directly to developers, but no reply. Having a Wi-Fi or using the mobile DATA does not seem to make any difference. Eventually, i decided to put my concern on this page. I have this issue on both Note5 and S7edge mobiles.

I'm not sure why it's taking a long time to load the videos. Whether on Wi-Fi or not, strong connection or not it takes forever on my feed and on the stories as well. It's frustrating not to see it and even on my own videos as well. I hate when I see pics/videos that apparently I haven't seen. It should at least give an option to see most recent. Don't take that freedom away from us. Other than that it's good.

Overall, ok. Fix the stupid algorithm. It's messing up people's feed who only have a handful of followers. And fix tagging in stories and posts. I can't tag my friends in my stories if they don't pop up. Please fix these!!

Gimme back old easy instagram! Its so lags. Always crash. Need more time to load gallery (when I want to upload image from gallery). Crash when I submit instastory and multiple (carousel) images. Please fix it!

instagram was a really good app for me..until i updated it. everytime i try to message somebody, it will just crash and say, 'unfortunately, instagram has stopped'. so i cant reply to my messages which is frustrating because some messages are important. please fix this, if u do then instagram will become a good app again and i will rate it 5 stars. thank u

Why on samsung on5 the face filters are not showing i have updated this app twice but then also its not working others features like rewind video and stickers are showing but only the face filters are not shown plz kindly see this and do something i just love those face filters plzz help me to get those face filters in my phone ...i love istagram ...plZz

I love this app. I use it a lot to message my girlfriend. But it kicked me out recently, demanding I put in a phone number. Which I dont have to put on there in the first place. Im disappointed. Very disappointed. No matter what, it demands a phone number.

Pretty good app but stop changing the order of my followers and the people I'm following with every update! Either put them in alphabetical order or chronological order by newest or oldest and then keep them that way! It makes no sense to randomly shuffle them every few weeks.

Very bad. I thought new update will fix the problem when you use multiple accounts in Instagram, you will get error that other account have been logged out from Instagram. But new update seems make it more frequent than before. Other than that, the status bar icon in MIUI os is white make it very very hard to see because the app status bar color is almost-white grey. I am disappointed. Other phone android os all have black status bar icon when opened Instagram but not Miui os. PLEASE MAKE IT BLACK FOR XIAOMI USER.

Basically I like the app but since I got my LG 6 its been acting up. Not allowing me to get into the app. Taking me to a blank screen instead of into the app. Its getting frustrating. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I have been updating instagram. But i just realized that why doesn't it have the Live featured on Samsung phone's Instagram ? I just realized it when my sister (who currently use O*po Smartphone) showed me how her instagram could go Live and I search for the feature on my Instagram app, but couldn't find it. So I updated it tonight and found out that the Live feature is still not there. Seriously ?

For the second time in a few weeks, my posts aren't registering in the hashtags im using so new people aren't able to see my posts. I get it's to stop spamming but when this happens more than once and you send countless messages to 'report a problem' with no answer or problem fixed.. what is the point of reporting??

I use instagram daily to communicate with friends and look through my homepage. I learn something new everyday from various accounts posts. It's also awesome for communicating with my friends and sending photos. I love the story feature because you don't have to post to communicate with your following
