They collect payment for courier and take 2 working days to pick up a parcel. Customer support is horrible - just randomly keep saying that person will come for pick up but nobody turns up.

I personally don't recommend this app. After successful payment. They refused to give service saying disruption in service at pincode, ( because they charged wrongly) after half and hour they were again ready for pick up at same pincode, with revised rates...

I was trying make an payment using my Credit Card for a Parcel from Bangalore to Jharkhand using this App via Paytm wallet and finally got some Transaction Failed error but Amount got deducted from my card. Failed twice and money got deducted both times.

Booked a courier, paid for it upfront (you have to). No one turned up. Called them and was assured pickup would definitely happen, no such luck. Money down the drain, lesson learnt, not trying out again, wouldn't recommend it as well. -----Updated after the developer's reply----- Well, thanks for picking up and committing that it will either get delivered same day or the next. Its already 2 days past that and it hasnt been delivered yet. And Fedex says that it was delivered past due time for overnight. So much for the "Insta" bit.

Nice app, booked a courier from Bangalore to Chennai and I chose FedEx service. Operations team is excellent, Pick up has happened in few hours and documents have been delivered on the next day. I had to travel kms to courier my reimbursement requests to our company. Also price is less compared to FedEx shipping center. Saved my time and money . Thanks Insta. I recommend this to anyone. It would be great, if you allow to change the pincodes on the rates screen instead of going back and changing it.

Its been 4 days now I booked a courier from insta couriers but no one has came yet for the pickup. Everyday someone from courier company calls on my cell phone and tells they will come by the end of the day. But nobody comes. Big fools, worst app, worst services.... I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
