Keeps you sweating all the time, has some wonderful exercises that really tests you and leaves you wanting more. I highly recommend it, you feel fulfilled after every workout. 5 stars definitely!
One thing that I would like to have is the ability to see a history of which program I did on which day. I like to rotate through them and this would be helpful. Other than that love this app!
It's my first day is a little hard to keep balance but the workout are simple but they leave you sweating so that's good.Aswell as 10sec jogging in place break as needed.
One thing is missing there should be a calorie counter which counts how many calories you burnt by doing complete workout on the bases of your height and weight #7_minute_workout app has this type of thing you should check that and you also need to provide that type of information so that we get to know how much we burnt and we are on right track for our fitness goal or not so plz add calories counter

It should have a link to videos on YouTube for the exercises that you don't know how to do

i truly love this series of workout apps and i will be very happy if u can add some more equipment workouts like jumping rope or resistancy bands.
So far so gd. I use it to warm-up before i hit the weights. Wish it was more challenging.
Very intense leg workouts. Love that it includes stretching as part of the cool down.
Routine is nice. We can do execercise home quite easily.

A great workout for lower body fitness
Number of exercises too limited to be useful. Instructions too skimpy to be of any good. Instructions say weight is optional but weight is used in exercises.

Awesome! Would give 5 stars if it had voice alerts to let you know which exercise comes next, instead of having to read. Otherwise, perfect.
