No punch in function when it takes forever to do so from the site? Punching in for work shouldn't be this inconvenient.

I like the app it works, easy to navigate, nice UI. Would give 5 stars if Insperity's timestar was implemented .

I am having to reset my password EVERY TIME I log in and I'm tired of it......

Useless. Instead of account information it just shows Insperity contact information

App closes upon login.... uninstalled and reinstalled... same thing

Force quits after sign in every time.

Complete package if services to use. I like it.

Not enough features. Can't get time card but you can see personal information. Fairly useless. Better to see full site from computer.

I can access insperity on a computer, but when I enter my userID and password into the app, the app says that I have entered the wrong user ID or password.

This app won't let me login in even when I know username and password are correct. It also won't allow us to click forgot password or username. We have 6 employees that are having the same problem!

I have changed my password because I thought I wrote it down wrong some I couldn't log into this app. I reset it and still can't log in so it's the app that doesn't work. Very frustrating

Downloaded app and Im unable to login. Confirmed that my username and password was correct by logging in online on my personal computer but it will not accept my login info on my phone app, ugh!!!

Please fix this app, it will not let me log in at all anymore. Why is it so hard to fix this app, it hasn't worked for a month now......I don't get it! !

The application does not show PTO.

Ever since the new security update was made, I can never log in. I know what my password is - it won't take. I go through the forgot your password option, answer all the questions correctly - it allows me to set up a new password. I tried to enter what I wanted it to be and it says that I cannot reuse the same password. If that was the password then why couldn't I log in with it? I then try my new and improved "excellent" password to login and it won't take either

its frustrating that you cannot copy, forward or print paycheck stubs directly from the app. its kinda the whole point of the app. if you need to prove income for any reason the app doesnt allow you to print or forward your info. pointless

Like the alerts, the way it shows how your money is broken down. Also the the access to all the links

Doesn't do everything, but what it has it does very well! Love the paycheck breakdown feature!

I can't believe you have a fax button and and email button when viewing your ID card but no print button. Where's the download button to download a pdf copy of my ID card? Even my car insurance app can do that. And why do you need a link to download the app when you're running the app?

The app is ok, but the last two updates have claimed to add a time and attendance section, and neither one has done so. Please fix!

I'd like to view my HSA info in app as well.

The app won't load on my phone. It just says installing.
