Great app and very useful in the field. I can't imagine trying to do my job without it

Sometimes the pics come out dark, despite using auto flash.

I like the torch function, it worked well on my old phone but on my new galaxy s7 it only stays on for first photo then goes off and doesn't come back up unless I switch functions then back to it. If it can be updated to solve this issue it would make taking photos in dark houses way easier and faster. Thanks

This APP would be just about perfect if they can actually tell us whats wrong with our follow ups. Yeah, I can see I 5 follow ups but im in the field working 90% of the time and would love an in APP explanation of what info is needed. Second, since we use one hand to operate our phone camera, it would be much more helpful when we turn our phones side ways to take photos, if the camera zoom function was a vertical line on the right corner of the screen so that we can just use our thumb to operate it. This would be much more useful as we would be able (with one motion) to zoom and take pictures effortlessly. The camera on EZ is the perfect example.

Works great! GPS is off mark but I use another app for mapping with no problems. Camera options are slow with zoom would be on touch screen to make for faster response when out on field.

I wish that other inspection apps was as easy to maneuver thru as this one is. After the last update it started using my phones camera. I simply did an uninstall then reinstall and it's back up and running like before.

Buggy in low light taking pictures. Camera often does not snap the shot and you have to keep pressing the button????

The gse and non-gse forms need to be updated to properly accommodate inspections for known occupied properties. Questions generated cannot be answered due to the nature of inspection. This way will decrease the amount of time needed to take only necessary photos and stay discreet and quick.

While there are a few glitches depending on what phone you're using this is the best app that has ever come out for inspectors. The mapping program alone saves me hours of headache. I'm in my eight year of being a company owner and inspector I have never seen anything so easy to use.

Please make the GPS codes embedded in the work orders are correct. Too many wrong points.Keeps me driving many additional miles.

You need to update app or something I have tried it on several different kinds of phones and the app continues to stop, not download properly, always missing files. I can not complete my work and do my job. This is very frustrating. I have had my phone for over a year, and have only been having problems for the last month or so. Can you please see if something can be done. I clear my data and all constantly. I deleted everything else off of my phone. Please please do something soon. Thank you for your time

Some glitches, a little clunky at times, but works.

App is pretty simple to Work with but labeling photos is a PITA. I greatly prefer EZ where you can select multiple photos and then select a single label.

Constantly freezing in the middle of photos and needing to be closed and restarted

Love the app. But would like to add capability of seeing appt times in the app.

Slow, redundant, tedious, time consuming. Not designed with the field inspector in mind. Added charges for menial features. Loading forms takes an exceptionally long time. Overall, using inspectorade takes about 4 times as long as EZ.

App crashes constantly on HTC One, Samsung Galaxy Tab A and HTC Desire. Was told devices don't have enough memory.

I wish the picture labels were automatically alphabetized, for ease in finding correct label.

It is to slow. I would like it would be faster. But it is a really good app.

I wish when labelling pictures in a hurry you can search the label name instead of going through the long list

How do you expect us to leave feedback and send feedback if you don't give a valid email address to send feedback you have issues with Rod Advantage sending it to the wrong locations the app locks the camera out every so often

There's a limited amount of labels that can be attached to a picture some I never use mostly I have to use the No Label option because the one I need doesn't exist. Also sometimes using the locator I am sent to the wrong address and have to double-check make sure that I am at the right one before I start taking pictures but it's usually not that far off and they don't really mind that the pictures have no label

Some Improvements I would like to see: 1.) Much like we can LABLE multiple photos at a time I wish you would add a button so we could DELETE multiple photos at a time. When, for whatever reason, we have to delete 20 to 100 photos, that is super time consuming. 2.) App only, web only or both, I don't care, but, please give us the opportunity to be able to receive email notifications THE INSTANT we get any new assignments that includes the addresses and due dates. I know, I know, we can periodically download new assignments in the app by hitting the download button. The problem is, that also erases any assignments that were cancelled but not yet submitted making a LIE out of the notion that we actually have 24 hours to submit a cancelled inspection. I have lost enough money from this convenient glitch! It's WAAAY easier for me to keep track of my daily numbers by looking at and writing down numbers from the "Ready to Upload" tab in the app for my invoice ONE TIME than to try to remember or write down each time I do an assignment throughout the day.

I have issues using the in app camera. If I try to zoom, it freezes up. Otherwise works well

Every time I try to login it shows nothing about my inspections the menu just pops up and says login repeatedly

Without an in application map I find it's uses sub par.

It works well for what i use it for.
