Insomnia Cookies

Well, I live on a college campus, and the app is awesome in that it has a college campus option. Unfortunately every time I submit an order I get a call saying i did not specify my location... Even though on my confirmation email it says I did. I end up getting my cookies late and playing phone tag with the store because of this glitch. Please fix it.

Lots of bugs. Very hard to use it to get loyalty points when making in store purchases

It's a great app but it needs to work better. Sometimes it won't let me change my choices and I just start all over.

I always use this app, but for the past 2 weeks I've been getting an error message. My life isn't the same. Please fix.

Gad this app some time now and I can't use it at all because of the frequent server errors. I've been going to the store in the Loop just over this month and I've not been able to take advantage of the app a single time out of the eight or so trips.

Could not get app to add anything to an address book or accept an address at all.

Everytime I try to use the app it gives me a 404 error or throws me back to the main menu. The main website also refuses to work.

This APP does not allow user to obtain loyalty points. If possible, please share how it can be obtained. Please redesign for ease of use.

Sometimes I don't get loyalty points even though I'm logged into the app and order through the app. Also, it hasn't been working for me recently. I've tried to get past the address part in "Delivery" but it isn't working at all! Bummer, because I really want to order some!

While I like the convenience of having an app for ordering cookies...It doesn't save credit card information and is a hassle to constantly enter such information over and over again. It would be nice if Android Pay were supported with the app to skip that unnecessary tedium.

Cookies make up for the app.

I never get my points when they scan my loyalty qr code. I have been into the store twice and nothing has changed. When I email them to see if I can get my points, they said no and give me a coupon for delivery which is pointless for me because I live 30min away and don't know anyone who lives close enough to have the cookies delivered to. It's irritating because I really love the cookies.

For some reason anytime I scan my QR code in stores I don't get any points for it :(. Is this a bug or do I only get points through Online Purchases?

This app. would be great if I could actually order anything. On last page of payment app would not move forward. I tried cash and credit and neither would process in anyway.

...there's no ASAP option for pickup orders. I'm forced to pick up my cookies an hour after I place the order.

You should get points for however you order. And it needs to be able to move to the SD card. Most food apps won't, and take up too much space in the phone, so you can't update them.

Clean, crisp, and navigation makes sense. Really, really happy with this. This is a well-made app.

Had no problem signing in online but the app kept telling me my email and password didn't match. Not worth the time.

But if only the app were as good as the cookies.

I live less than a mile from the store. Apparently I live in the wrong direction because they won't deliver here. I guess Hill St has to many black faces and it makes them nervous. Your store isn't exactly sitting in St Matthews either. App does not work very well so pick up is a pain. It's a hassle but since I can bake better cookies I'll just make my own.

Nearly identical to their mobile website and just as buggy. Purchases don't complete but throw no error messages, they just hang. Whoever developed this app should give the delicious cookie company a refund.

These are probably the best cookies I've ever had in my entire life. But this app actually sucks. It's very buggy, I can hardly get the loyalty program to work. Needs improvement.

Great cookies. Terrible app, it won't even let me download

This app gets the job done. Has all the cookies, all the daily deals, etc. Deals that seamless doesn't have. However, the app is a pain to use. You could probably hire an intern to design an easier to use app. Card information isn't saved, sizing is poor, it's sluggish, and payments don't go through sometimes so you have to order again (with the fear that you're placing two orders).

The app would be fine if it didn't take a minute to load after every touch. Also, the app essentially restarts every time you switch away from it. The app doesn't even have the cookie tracker, come on. Bad app, awesome cookies.

The cookies are great but the app is a cluttered mess. It doesn't work properly, you can't leave the app without everything resetting. It needs help.

I LOVE their cookies. This app, however, sucks big time. User experience is horrible. It doesn't let me do what I'm trying to do and that is look for awesome cookies. It tells me it doesn't deliver to my area, which is fine but at least I should be able to browse it without interruption, right? Oh and the loyalty program? I didn't even try it assuming it will also be horrible experience like other sections of the app.
