Need a taxi in Copenhagen or the northern Sealand areas? Now it's easier and faster than ever.
With 4x48-TaxiNord app on your smartphone, you can book your taxi without contacting the call center.
Using the app, will provide you with immediate access to 4x48's fleet of more than 600 vehicles.
When the app i started it will find your location and show the address.
Do you want to book a taxi to a different address than you can tap the box with the address and press the "Choose from Map" or "Enter address".
The first order which is made after the app is installed the first time you will be asked to enter your name and mobile number, which is then stored in the app under "Settings" and you do not have to enter it again when you do the next order.
Do you need to book to another person simply type the person's name and mobile number on the "Order Taxi" page.
If you need more than one taxi simply make an additional order (4 people / taxi).
Do you need a big car contact TaxiNord by pressing the "Call Taxi" and press the number.
You also have the opportunity to:
• To book of account (is coming soon)
• To pre-book a taxi for up to one week before
• To follow the status of your order and follow your taxi on the map
• To cancel the taxi- right up until your taxi is assigned to you
• To view all your taxi bookings for the last 14 days
• To send a receipt by mail (is coming soon)
• To order a taxi from Copenhagen Airport with 8% discount
• To make favorite addresses so you can quickly book for addresses you use a lot
• To select addresses from the recent orders which has been made
• To write to your driver when your taxi is assigned
• To rate your driver after the trip
• To confirm your order incase the taxi is delayed (you will get a notification on your phone if it happens)
• To use the app to call the taxi company that runs in the area you are trying to order in if you are outside the area where 4x48 is driving.

This is one of the worst systems for ordering taxis. If the city won't allow competition with Uber and other startups at least get your act together and do a nice job with your own service. And for God's sake, if the device is set to English, please send notifications in English.

When you order a taxi, it might show up. It might not. Maybe in 6 mins. Maybe in 40 mins. You won't know. They won't tell you. I will all very mysterious.

Efter jeg fik Android 7.0 kan jeg ikke længere bestille med app'en. Får en besked om "Error when ordering. Please try again later or call..." Please fix it. Den fungerede så godt før.

Appen fungere. Men det er noget rigtig skidt at der ved bestilling 40 min inden man skal bruge en vogn, først begynder at blive søgt efter en, 10 min før den skal bruges. For derefter først at finde en 10 min efter man skulle bruge den og så skal man lige vente yderligere 15 min, før den når frem.

If the phone does not adopt local network time you can't order the taxi for time that is pass due phone time versus pick-up time.

Halvdelen af tiden kan man ikke gemme adressen. Taxaer bliver ofte taget af andre, selv om man har bestilt på navn. Der er ikke noget kort, så man kan se, hvor taxaen er

Man kan kun lægge adresser i favoritter ved at vælge fra "recent" (som i øvrigt er fyldt op af overflødige dubletter), og destinationsadresser kommer ikke i "recent". Så man kan aldrig lægge destinationsadresser i favoritter ... Det er ikke godt nok. Og intet er sket her i laaang tid. Vågn op.

I installed the app and ordered a car, app said it was coming. 15 min later it said "deleted by driver". I called them and was told there had been an error, so I was going to get a car asap. End result, no car after 35min and app deleted!

Har idag ventet to timer på en taxi. Får stadig beskeden "søget taxi".. Til sidst blev jeg nødt til at gå ud til den nærmeste hovedvej og preje en taxi. Dette er på ingen måde godt nok!

Kan finde Hillerød st som adresse når man søger men når man bestiller taxi får man besked om at adressen er ugyldig. Hvis man vælger at markere på kort centrerer den sig hele tiden omkring sin position = app'en var til ingen hjælp og måtte ringe ind. Hvis du kender den specifikke adresse fra det sted du rejser fra virker den sikkert fint

Umiddelbart fin app, men den er på engelsk, ok det kan jeg godt finde ud af, men det viser amerikansk datoformat altså mm/dd/yyyy, det er helt uacceptabelt jeg er reelt usikker på hvilken dato jeg har bestilt til.

Virker godt - dog mangler jeg at få en "reservation modtaget" når man bestiller taxi før tid. Jeg plejer gerne at reservere 5-24 timer før jeg skal være i lufthavnen, men får først besked tilbage 8 minutter før bilen ankommer. Derfor ville det være rart at vide at bestillingen er modtaget...

Det tager en krig at taste alle oplysninger ind hvis man vil forudbestille en vogn, og man får ikke anden bekræftelse end “Tak for din bestilling”. Intet referencenummer og ingen liste over “åbne ordrer”. Kan jeg stole på at vognen kommer om en uge? Der er ikke adgang til nogen menuknap inde fra app'en, som Frogne foreslår.

Kind of works, but has annoying bugs. E.g. doesn't correctly remember recent addresses, recent addresses seem to be separate for from and to addresses (so can't pick address from a list to book a trip in reverse direction), constantly ask if I want to turn on GPS - if I say no I mean no for that session, and recent trips are not stored forever, but disappears. And more similar misfeatures that should be quick to fix....
