I would like to have gotten the confirmation in the app and sent by sms as this was checked in the app....ended up with calling in in order to get confirmation....

No matter what I try it's no longer possible to book a taxi. Error processing request... It used to work fine before, so please fix this. Also UI wise this app is a train wreck mixing fonts, color and style with lackluster functionality... But that I could live with if it could just order a taxi.

Getting better and have tried it both in KBH and Aalborg where it worked well. Needs some more enhancements - being able to save favourites more easily, being able to create an account that allows synchronization across devices of the information in my account, add in all the airports and train stations in Denmark as fixed POIs. Just copy the MyTaxi concept from Germany :)

Love the app. Still, it's always a drama to get it to find out where I am. Even when at home with 4G and Wi-Fi and GPS turned on, it will complain about not having enough coverage to find out where I am. Irritating.

Ordered a taxi the day before, but there seemed to be no confirmation in the app. I'd like to be sure that my reservation wasn't lost in a glitch, so I won't miss my plane. Ended up calling in to comfirm the reservationen, making the app a bit pointless.

Had to enter the time twice for some reason to set it for the next day... Would be nice to have a "my requests" page to see that the request has actually gone through rather than the app just displaying the page to let you order another taxi...

Incredibly bad. Doesn't allow you to set next day pick-ups that is not exact 24 hrs from now. I guess they want me to call and clog their phone lines like it's 1972.

Some addresses in copenhagen come "null" in the city. And the app thinks the address is not filled in.

Det er ret besværligt hvis man vil bestille en taxa til en anden adresse. Kunne være rart med en indtastningsmulighed der. Savner også noget kvittering på at taxa rent faktisk er på vej. Fx. en sms eller push.

Have used a few times and it always gets the job done. A nicer UI wouldn't go astray, and more app prompts about driver progress would be great, rather than SMS. A notification after the trip has ended, to rate the driver, would be a great addition.
