Up until recently I didn't have an issue with this app. In the last couple of weeks I have had many of my deposits reversed due to "issues" with the pics of the checks. They aren't blurry, in good light etc. I like banking with a credit union, knowing that branches are usually not numerous or convenient. The app therefore is imperative. I know I am a very small fish in the sea, but they are losing a customer because of this app. I don't want or have time to go directly to the branch each time there is an issue. I will have to bank more conveniently.

Can't use mobile check deposit because the camera will not focus. Version 2.3.1.1 fixed the focus issue, but now the image saved is square cutting off both sides of a rectangular check. Still useless for remote deposit!

For the last 2 weeks I have been unable to log in. Clearly it's not my cell phone reception because even if I am connected to WI-FI it does not work either. This was supposed to be convenient not a headache!

Harder to log in, new tile system is disappointing to navigate with, it is atrocious compared to the old app. *Update* If using this for mobile deposit, I recommend going into a branch. Took a picture with GS7 and everything looked great. Got an email saying my check was deposited. Then an email came saying they reversed the deposit. Called corporate and they said it was my camera's fault (best camera phone at the time). Can't see credit card information since update.

App has problems when depositing checks. For a 5 star app, take a look at SunTrust's app. I never have a problem depositing a check with their's.

Updated 11/10/16 Yes there has been a lot of issues with RDC but with this current version (23.0.5 updated on Oct 12 2016) those RDC issues have been corrected.

Unable to deposit checks.

With the newest update, cannot remote deposit anymore. The first screen opens and allows me to put in the amount as well as take the picture. However, it does not save the picture and it, as such, will not allow me to get past that screen. In other words, I cannot remote deposit a check. What is most concerning is that there are many, many bad reviews and no response or fix from Insight. I am getting rid of Insight. This is inexcusable.

Just awful! I cannot even use my app anymore... No log in screen 85% of the time, I have to force stop the app and reload. Honestly considering changing banks now that we live so far away, I can't just run up the street and make transfers and check my balance. I rely on this app and if it's not going to work, I'll find a closer bank.

I understand the bank needs security but being asked security questions on the same device every single time is ridiculous and time consuming.

The remote deposit part of this app is crap. I have been trying to use it since January. It just doesn't work. I was told to leave space within the borders , use a lighter surface , use a darker surface, blah blah blah. Fix the app. They tell me the photos are blurry and I have a 12 MP camera. They have physical people that check each transaction. How backwards. I he been a customer for over 32 years. Your technology sucks. No one in any of the offices I go to can tell me why it doesn't go through.

Put some effort into this app please. Ours a reflection of your business because this is what most of us use for all our banking. And from what i can tell from this app, i will be swerving financial institutions very very very soon

The old app was great, you could see everything at a glance under bill payer. This app is not user frendly and keeps telling me that the answer to my security question is invalid. Today it won't let me pay any bills check back later. (It's bad enough to switch banks). It been 4 days and it still won't let me use bill payer so my bills are going to be late! (I wonder if my creditors will understand?)

This new has a lot more options but not convenient. I don't want to log into it like I'm at at desktop everytime. May be you should add the new features to the old convenient and easy way of signing in. I more than like won't use this app anymore just because it's too much to sign in. If I could have I would have given it a negative star.

Had to reregister for the new app. Now it doesn't recognize my username and the security questions do not appear for me to answer. Received an email inferring that its my fault. Gosh, I'm stupid. Thanks Insight. Now my device is permanently blocked.

You could have made yourselves more secure without sacrificing quality. This is by far the worst app, along with your new website, and I'll be leaving the insight family shortly. What an absolute shame.

Bill payer locks up app, check deposit not working, and slow. Why did I delete an app that worked for this? Edit....check deposit is fixed and app hasn't locked up in a while, but still error message with bill payer. Edit....bill payer appears to be working. Better late than never. App bugs appear to have been resolved.

If I could give app NO stars, I definitely would. This new app is extremely inconvenient. I can't transfer to different member account, which is making it difficult to pay shared bills. Having 2 accounts and not being able to transfer to my "vacation account" is frustrating. Not being close to a branch is making it more stressful and unnecessary. Please update app and bring back that feature from old app.

App won't let camera focus and therefore pics of checks are blurry and app won't accept them. Very frustrating, because it tells me it's because of poor lighting. App works for checking account balances and transferring.

If you use this app to deposit checks...BEWARE...As at least one other reviewer noted app can OK image & deposit information & reject deposit the following day. I deposited a check using this app, image of check was accepted, deposit was credited to my account,...said funds were available for withdrawal...Thinking all was well, I tore up the check...BIG MISTAKE....the following day I received an email saying the image had been rejected & the deposit had been reversed & to debit my account records accordingly. It had taken me 6 months to get this check (refund for overpayment from a medical facility) & I was told to "just get the check replaced" by Insight management. Not worth the trouble to start all over fighting with a medical billing department. Lesson learned...if you use this app to make a deposit, keep the check, for if it is destroyed you have no recourse or much more than verbal sympathy from Insight!
