This app encompasses every UX and mobile dev design anti-patterns you could imagine. This should be used in design and development schools as what NOT to do when designing user interactions on a mobile app. This is a perfect example of trying to replace something inherently simple (tenant / owner relations) with something overly complicated and borderline unusable, increasing inconvenience and inefficiency for all parties. Bravo.
