Splyce music player & automix

I got what I paid for. This app shows a lot of promise. I'm very pleased with Its core function: if I want to work or clean, even lay down and relax. It does need updates, New functions and polish(maybe). I will recommend this app to any music lover I come across. UPDATE: I don't understand why this app has 3.6 stars across 670 people whom rated it. This app does what I have asked of it and more. Keep updating!

App works great but has even greater potential. Purchased specifically for Hue integration. BPM works well but would like to see better music recognition. Perhaps fluctuating light intensity based on music intensity and strobe effect on decibel spikes. Chromecast integration would be my number one feature request, though probably the most difficult to implement. 5* for even having hue integration, though still room for improvement. Great work!

It crashed three times. I could not see if the BPM option suited my requirement. The fact that I was unable to test the BPM sort functionality rendered the app useless. But of course that didn't matter as it crashed on my galaxy s6

Went to use hue and was told I need to pay.it uses your downloaded music library, and as I only stream my music this is kinda pointless. Wanted to try it, but the only feature I wanted was behind a pay wall. Oh well.

very hard to use. I bought the ultimate package and played around the app for an hour. I have to manually select songs per subfolder. load then wait for it to scan. then manually select songs with the desired bpm and load again. then save play list. here is how the app should work: 1. scan all songs in back ground 2.user type in a bpm range 3. generate list.

This is a really cool concept for a nap even paid for the upgraded everything but it worked once and then never worked again after that. It doesn't even try to scan into BPM on the majority of the songs in it in our the library. It's very disappointing considering the concept is pretty neat it just a literally doesn't work. Kind of feel gypped the two dollars and whatever cents it cost to upgrade.

Continuously the app is crashing. I also use splyce on my iOS devices and it is great but the android version does not work swiftly. Please fix this so that I can rate 5 star. Thanks in advance.

The playback randomly stalls mid song, and I have to restart the app to get it going again. Keeps happening on my zenfone 2

CLEAR TAB, needs a "are you sure, yes or no" tab added when pressed, or relocate the tab to the settings area, it easy to lose playlist when pressed. I would like to see PITCH control tabs added the Main Menu to control the speed off of the music. Lastly the app randomly shuts down in the middle of sessions. It could be the app or my device. This app will not work with newer versions of Android. The publisher only maintains the iOS version of this app and hasn't updated the Android version in over 3 years. Whatever you do, do not pay for the upgrades.

Finally a music player with variable mix times. Now if we could just dynamic mix effects. Keep up the great work! Few problems where it stops playing if you back out of the app. Also when you select a song to play it seems to lock to one song and you lose control.

Music lags so much it is unbearable and the Phillips hue feature is pointless! It doesn't flow or "splice" with the beat. I would like a refund.

Like the potential but kind of disappointed... Paid for "full experience" yet has things I can't unlock because it won't let me share? Would LOVE if the screen would stay awake and I didn't have to press play again in the middle of my set!? Should be able to assign what transition you want to mix each song as when I pick the order, the apps mixes are completely unappealing... REALLY would like a refund!

Ya gotta be kidding! These apps for mixing my own music just do not work. I've downloaded at least 8 of them and still not one will automix the music from my own files. Even a couple that I paid for. Google, you need to start removing these apps that claim false features and just do not work. I do not have hours to spare to do a scavenger hunt for one app that you probably leave y don't even have

Great app and great idea. Crashing every time about 30 secs into track, on all formats( Wave, flac, mp3).

Constant crashes on Nexus 7 (2012) on Lollipop and on Nexus 6P on Nougat. Loved this App on ios. Waiting ages for it to come to android and it doesn't work. Please fix.

I got this app because I had it on my old iPod and really liked the app. I even bought all the features even though I don't really want them because I REALLY liked the iOS app and wanted to show support. This app DEFINITELY has problems, though. For one, it will just crash while you're listening to music in the background, while you use your phone to browse the internet, etc. Sometimes it'll kind of hang up and start glitching out on the playback. It also FREQUENTLY stops scanning the BPMs of a new playlist and I have to completely delete the playlist and start over since that's the only way to kick-start the scanning. It also is missing the ability to rewind, which has been on iOS for a very long time. Overall I still like the app. The concept is great since having all my songs in order of BPM makes my playlists way smoother. It definitely has a lot of problems that need addressing, though.

Have it on iOS and downloaded and upgraded it to play Pulselocker files... not realising it's not supported in Android. Oh well... Brilliant app. A few things: Having the default track time on 30 seconds is confusing users looking down the comments. Many people can't work out why tracks stop after a short time. I worked it out in the end. It should default on "FULL" and let us choose to crop a track to a length we want. It looked liked my tracks were faulty! The help text tool tips flash up too quickly to read. I found myself turning things on and off many times just so I can read what they did (transitions etc). Very good app and worth it!

You said the latest update has SD support but going into folders there is no SD card option apparent. The app is useless if you have to rely on music saved locally. And what about streaming music?

Bought this for the hue lighting integration but the lighting doesn't even match up with the beat; fast paced songs still get slow transitions as if it were a lava lamp and the app is still glitchy having to force quit a bunch because the songs would say they're playing even when they arent

Doesn't work as well on Android VS iPhone... Unless this is just due to the recent system upgrade to nougat. I just switched over to Android from iOS and got this app; have to get my music analyzed again and it keeps stalling... This is so annoying.

This will not sync to my Hue Lights and it's annoying!!! I can't even control which rooms that I want the music to control!! this is a horrible application and I can't believe I spent my money on it!!!

Is this thing supposed to play music or something? I ask cuz I can't get a single sound out of it.

It's not changing my lights and rewind and other effects are not working an I paid for it please tell me your fixing these bugs to because I do like the app

I'm really digging the music sync with my new Hue light bulb.

Works ok I guess.... controls my lights in TEST mode, but no show during music playback of any kind, even after getting full package, I can't control hue lights in testing mode, but nothing else.

Please allow us to set our own song length and mix time as different bpm has different mix time length. Thanks.

loving this app - has been working fine for me on Xperia Z3c 5.0.2. If I could request one feature it would be to choose music from folders as well as tags. I have sorted my music into various folders on the SD card for different moods, wind up, wind down etc. If I could just add a folder of music to the playlist that would be so much easier than remembering and selecting specific songs. Also maybe ability to select music stored in the cloud? Dropbox, Google Drive etc. whatever... Folders? Hooray... hang, on am I missing something? I can only see folders internally, not from SD card?

This is a great app for connecting hue bulbs with bpm. So far its the only one, that i found, which reads bpm from a song and is able to use hue bulbs. Unfortunately it does not have the diversity of effects of hue disco. If it did, or if there was a way to feed the bpm read to hue disco then this would be an incredible app for parties that have hue lighting!

Love how it measures you BPM. Makes the app one of a kind. Only problem is that i can't spread the word in my Galaxy Note 4 to unlock the rewind transition. I WANT SPREAD THE WORD BUT CAN'T!!!

I bought the pro version but I couldn't work out how to use it. There's no proper tutorial available and therefore I had to contact support . They were somewhat helpful but I still find it cumbersome to use, I'm not very impressed.

Why are there no songs that come up in the BPMS list? I bought this app for nothing.... EDIT: Support helped me fix the problem, very helpful thanks! Changed to 5 stars

Wish I found this app earlier! Looks awesome and mixes are great! Would be beneficial if device stayed awake when screen lighting is on, which should be easy to fix. Would be great if it connected to services like Spotify as this is where I keep my music collections however, I don't think this would be technically possible since songs are streamed, not saved, so I won't base my rating on this. Rock on and I'll make sure to purchase the extras soon to support you, great choice on pricing!

Or I can't find how. Beside that, functional and beautiful app with interesting approach to music playing. I don't understand the the rating.

Love it, and it functions great. Sometimes it crashes out of the blue though, and I really really wish there was a shuffle function. Hope that can be implemented soon.

I bought this app for the bpm function but after noticed it only scanned a handful of my 1000 songs. The rest is blank and won't scan. Will be asking for refund until it works properly

Paid for the app, but all my songs are getting scrambled while playing. Try to fix it it or refund.
