USB Remote functionality:
- keyboard (use your soft keyboard or custom keyboard screen),
- mouse (3 buttons, scroll wheel),
- dictation (use voice recognition built in your soft keyboard, text can by typed on PC in real-time),
- voice commands: execute pre-defined actions while dictating,
- numerical keyboard,
- media remote (playback, volume),
- presentation remote,
- type from clipboard,
- scan & type QR codes and bar-codes,
- record and execute macros (sequences of keyboard and mouse actions, can be saved as text files and edited),
- group macros into customizable panels for easy access and single click execution,
- home screen widget shortcuts for most used actions,
- "Tasker" plugin.
About InputStick receiver:
InputStick acts as a proxy between your Android device and PC (or any other USB host): data received from USB Remote (or any other compatible app) is sent to USB host as keyboard and mouse actions. It pretends to be a generic USB keyboard and mouse device, so there is no need to install any software or custom drivers on the PC as it will see no difference between InputStick and generic USB keyboard.
InputStick is easy to use: just plug it into USB port and after a few seconds it is ready to go. In most cases there is no need to configure anything.
InputStick can be used in situations when software-only solutions will not work: working with BIOS, in recovery mode, or when PC has no network access or software installation is not allowed by system administrator.
Currently supported keyboard layouts: Belgian (FR/NL), Canadian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (UK/US/international/Dvorak), Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (BR/PT), Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Swiss (FR/DE)

Guy, this app NEED InputStick BT dongle. I love it! It works with InputStick BT USB dongle very well, with this I can use my smartphone as a Clicker, and remote Keyboard/Mouse. UI may need to redesign to meet Material Design standard.

Excellent app for InputStick USB BT remote. Who needs presentation pilot if you can have InputStick app with complete remote control over PC! If you have not clue what USB BT keyboard emulation is then *this app is not for you* as it require USB dongle.

This app is very handy. For example, when work gave me a secondary computer, I was able to use this and the input stick until they also gave secondary keyboard and mouse. It's a great tool to have, even when I don't use it everyday. The man usage of my input stick comes from the similar Keepass2Android plug-in app. Highly recommend both this app and that one!

This app is only useful if you have the physical inputstick device! Can't understand why the one star ratings... However, mouse control doesn't work on Windows computer with dual screens. The mouse pointer jumps up to top left corner and mouse buttons stops working. Computer needs to be rebooted (not enough to remove the input stick).

The thing to keep in mind is that to make use of this app, you need to have an InputStick - a physical USB bluetooth dongle of sorts. But if you do have it, this lets you use your phone as any number of input devices to any machine that can accept a USB keyboard or mouse, simply by plugging the InputStick into it. Granted, other apps can simulate a bluetooth peripheral without needing a USB dongle, but the important distinction is that InputStick needs no special drivers installed to work - just 'plug and play' anywhere. It's also quite useful in places where a permanent physical keyboard would not make much sense (like an out-of-sight media center) and the barcode scanner feature that lets you "type" scanned codes directly through the Stick is really nice...

Works absolutely perfectly with their Bluetooth dongle. Has saved me multiple times at a customer's site.
