The app itself seems fine, but the orders are forever wrong, or ignored, or cancelled without telling me. Customer services are pretty terrible some days, but others they're very good. Consistency needed.

After accepting the order and made me wait for one hour, they called to say sorry we can't deliver!!! the listed restaurants does not have photos of the food or no details at all in regards to the ingredients of the sandwich or meal so it is hard to select when there is not enough information.

Every time i order after 12 AM it get canceled and i know about it when i call asking for my order after an hour. What kind of service is that i'ce given you guys many chances and same mistake keeps on repeating!!!

The app seems ok, but often the order has an issue from the restaurant's side. It doesn't show up, or is wrong.

Quite a lot of glitches. Expensive minimum orders in many restaurants rendering the app useless when ordering for one.

Rather annoying that despairing entering your address clearly most of the delivery drivers still to call ask where you live.

Not easy to use. Very confusing

no problem so far but hope they verify customers order so that were not worried if they got the order.

App good. However certain things dont add up. Like mamma mia pizza has a promotion with 20% off. Then i choose a combo meal and then to confirm order it says cannot mix conbo with promotion. All this does it make me choose another restaurant. But app awesome

all well but I've experienced some restaurants cancelling out even when they had committed to delivery time, amount and location. this is a concern as they cancel out last minute. also, would be good to be able to order from multiple outlets in one transaction.

I am just suggesting that sometimes we face very bad type of restaurants and it will be great if we could evaluate each resturant and write a review about them so other can benefit from our experience. Thanks

The app is more stable then before like 1.5 years ago the app looks isn't that appealing like before it is now better that talabat because it is more stable than there app go try it I'm using samsung S5 normal I keep getting crashes from them when I click a button of the food that I want so yeah foodonclick is better than them

If i didnt have food on click, I may starve since I'm always at work. Great service for the great places to eat here in Abu Dhabi

Good app and customer service, no problems whatsoever there. However, I wish the app was a little more sophisticated and showed status updates on orders and was a little more fluid in being able to communicate with the restaurant through the app.

I'm a regular user and generally happy with the majority of the order process. However, I find it frustrating when errors are returned only when the order is submitted. I've recently had a nimber of issues with providers being closed when initially shown to be open, and orders fail when items are no longer available. I feel both could / should be checked when initially selecting the items not at final submission.

Rating system does not allow filtering good stuff. Too many have 5 stars. Before you could filter ratings on speed, service and flavor. I would add value for money. If I select 5 stars I can find expensive stuff sitting next to subway... Need to give the customer the opportunity to candidly rate meaningful parameters

Sometimes a bit glitchy , but most of the time works fine. Happy with the app so far .

While ordering on call they can make mistakes, this app minimizes the errors. Plus its very handy to locate resturants in your area, literally u get "FOOD" just "ON" a "CLICK"
