INOVA FCU Mobile

Recently stopped working again. Loads Inova logo then locks up. My phone gives the message "no room on page" and I have to close the app.

Don't like it at all do tell u nothing easy for inova to over drift u be care this bank is a total joke

Hasn't worked since the last update in March 2016.

Was great until the updated version released. Now will not complete the installation and there is no way to return to the previous version.

This app helps me out alot

With the update there is an error message and won't go to the app anymore. Its been down for two weeks. Hopefully its up and working soon becaue i did fi d it helpful prior to this.

I loved this app until I got a new phone still have the same phone service and number but now I can't log into app. It is useless to me now. It asks me to answer security questions I've never even set up. How do I access my account again?

The app works well, but sometimes it won't recognize my answers to the security questions, which is asks everyone I open the app. It also won't let me use the remote deposit feature. I don't know why. I've been assured that feature is active in my account.

Since updating today it keeps on stopping!!I loved the app before the updating...had no problems with the app.

Spent ten minutes filling in a seemingly unending stream of security questions that don't necessarily have answers. In what city is your vacation home? What kind of security question is that? Waste of time.

Ask me security questions that I never answer in the first place

it is helpful in march all the time the downside is the fuse in a tablet by android there are minor differences but a pretty girl out I would give it a 5 stars if I could.

One has to first setup the security questions before using this app. Also use the member ID (not the user ID) when loging in.

This app was easy to set up and use. First, I signed up for online banking and set up some security questions. Next, I used my online banking user name and password to sign into the app and answered 2 of my security questions. Now I can make transfers, payments, view history, and deposit checks from my phone!

Simple App to use to access and transact on my credit union accounts. Signed up for online banking first and then downloaded the App.

I'm so happy INOVA got a mobile app! It works great, with no issues.

I don't know what everyone is talking about I only had the two security questions I set up at the bank, I answered them and got in no problem. I'm so happy that our bank finally has a mobile app, I hated always having to text b to that number.

Completely useless app! Asks a myriad of security questions that don't even pertain to you. No way to even login. Fix or remove from play store immediately!

I answered pointless questions for over 20 mins that most didn't even apply to me. I ended up just closing the app and didn't even get any where with it. Very sad.

Not sure what comments about security questions are getting at. I had to answer two security questions, which I had setup when I setup my online banking account. This app allows me to see account balances, transfer money, make deposits, etc. Online banking in a mobile app. Nice work.

A million security questions and repetition of the previous question

So far so good I'm not sure why people are complaining about the security questions as long as you know the answers what's the problem. Plus the questions make your account more secure. I have been waiting for Inova to get an app for awhile and I'm glad they finally have one.

If you like answering endless security questions, many that do not even apply to you. You will love this app. Does not help me know what my account balance is.

Would be nice if you could refresh accounts after transferring from one to the other, to see the updated balance. Decent app. Pretty basic. But it does what its supposed to.
