In the main screen you will choose weight and name of the food provided by your diet: browse the list or use the mode "search". Select it and then choose the food you want to convert: KCalc will give you the desired quantity.

> enter "Mode Kcal": sets the calories you need and select the desired food. KCalc will tell you how much you can consume of it.
> reverse the selected food, without resorting again to search the list.
> change the units from grams to ounces and vice versa.
> enter new foods in the list, providing only name and calories per 100g: the new food will appear immediately in your list.
> delete foods from the list: select and delete them from unwanted foods.
