Works GREAT!

Easily the best Voicemail transcription app that I have ever used. I don't think I can ever go back to actually listening to voicemails.

It shows I have 2 voice-mails but won't bring up the text version Any help please to get it to would be greatly appreciated

This app is great. I don't have to call my voicemail anymore! I just read them and delete them from here. Also I can screenshot the message so that when it reaches the save limit and auto deletes, I still have a record of it.

My contacts show up and I love that I don't have to go through all of my voicemail just to listen to one or 2 important ones. Also love the increased size in my voicemail box.

Disclaimer: I am a Viaero employee and I was asked to review this app. Using it on an S6. It works very well, setup can be a bit tedious but usually works well once set up. Not all phones are compatible. If you have issues give us a call at 611 from a Viaero phone.

It makes it easier to get your messages. You can read them and nobody knows you are on the phone. You can see them during a meeting, movie or if you just want some privacy from the person sitting next to you.

Love that I can priorities my Voicemail massages instead of having to listen to all of them. Getting a call at a meeting, no problem anymore, just read your Voicemail and don't miss out.

The app keeps deleting voicemails that i need saved. Important things!!!

I have T-Mobile visual voicemail too and this works even better!

This app is great, I love not having to use audio voicemail!

Works well, does what it's supposed to. Much much much better than having to listen to all of your other voicemails to get to the one you want.

This is a great tool for managing missed calls, especially with the transcripts option.

Comes in handy when i cant listen to my voice-mail

This is a great app. For those having problems setting it up, they did send out a letter in the mail explaining how to set it up. The username is your phone number and password is the last four digits of same number. Will require you to change the pin when you sign in the first time.

My messages rarely have a text option, and when they do, they are so horribly misworded that I have to listen to the message anyway, which the call-in option now has two extra steps. So now I have to use an app that doesn't work, make a call with extra steps, and still hope I can get my message, because sometimes there's a message that isn't there, despite the "you have one unplayed message". This is seriously enough to have me considering new phone service at the end of my contract.

Visual voicemail with this app is super convenient. I love, love, love the transcription of messages on my phone. I hope never to listen to another voicemail again. :-)

This app was easy to set-up and worked well. Not sure why there are so many negatives on here.

Hassle free voicemail

This app is terrible! Not only does it crash on my phone constantly it doesn't even let you log in it just says wrong username or password. There is no need to reinvent the wheel the old voice mail service worked most of the time. Now it doesn't work at all. Say goodbye to a customer!

Says to enter username and password but I'm the account holder and have two other phones we all can't enter my viearo account username and password for 3 different voice mails. Need to give directions better also a sign up page to create a username and password

Always say incorrect user name or password. No instructions to follow to get it set up correctly. Just another Viaero f*** up in my opinion. If it's not broke....don't fix it!!

A little instruction would be great, I'm pretty tech savy and I can't figure out how to sign in or setup, it just might be one of those uninstall apps never to be seen again. LoL

I have tried several times and it continually says incorrect username and password. I even went and changed my password. Still not working

I read all the other bad reviews but I had no problem installing this app, setting it up and using it. Works good for me. Recommended.

The message said I would have to create a new message for voice mail. I downloaded app and there's no instruction for message. Looks like I'm NOT the only one having trouble with this!!!

When you sign in your user name is your number then your password is the last 4 of your number then you put in your pin it took me a minute to figure it out

I followed your online directions and keep getting incorrect username or password, there is no way I can complete this process. I've even called 611 and they told me what to do and it still doesn't work! Can this get more frustrating !!!!!

P. O. S. No instructions. Constant invalid username/password. Useless.
