Heath Tracker is easy to use simple tool to record, manage, report your health data.

You can add health records for,
• BMI
• Blood Pressure
• Cholesterol
• Sugar Level
• Pulse Rate
• Glucose level
• Calories
• Temperature
• Steps
or add a Custom Record for a user defined record.

you can add the values with the health investigation report taken time and date. After sufficient information is recorded it is easy to graphically observe the pattern in a line chart. View can be changed by left / right swipe in the screen.

One valuable feature of this Health Track app provides the facility to easily Export or Import your data in the Health Track application. Therefore now you can change your mobile phone without recreating all your data.

You can save the graph images in the Gallery.
