Update 1; I got paid after a 90 days delay. I recommend you to try it as it was a very great experience for me. Don't except to make living out of this. It's just some extra cash out of your regular shopping activities. Thanks redquanta. Old Review: It was a very delayed payment. Do not waste your time. They don't pay. As others suggested. They call dozens of time before the audit. My payment is 60 days past due.

They don't pay you at all. They will make you do shop audits on urgent basis, request you for numbers of family and friends but never received a payment. My first audit date was 7th June still waiting for any sort of response on it.

Requanta doesn't pay you time. Email support in the app doesn't work.

Terrible App. Have been trying to get a reimbursement from them for an audit conducted 4 months ago, but still haven't received the money. Support helpline is not responsive. Once I managed to get through to them, but even the employee was of no use. I wish this review goes to the right people. Be cautious before downloading the app.

Was assigned an food app audit.. The info on phone call was given by a lady in like 30sec..I completed the audit and it got accepted also. Today I was told that because I did not use a particular link my audit is rejected. This is purely unprofessional and irresponsible to not give complete info.. Yes it the point was in the email but then how did it get accepted 1st! I don't care about 700 bucks but they will use my audit but not pay me for it

Worst paymemt cycle ever seen the project managers never feel shy to say plz do our audit its last date and all and once the audit is done no one will respond. I have not got any pay since 4 months around RS 5000 I need from these people I knew tht sm1 will post sorry below my comment but I dnt want your sorry I need the amount your managers promised to pay me in 15 days.

It's a fraud. I was assigned a task. I did a purchase. Next day when I go to upload my report, it has removed my task. I call and message them, but no reply. I spent my money based on their communication. Now no one is bothered

One of the pathetic audit organisation I have seen. Not a single payment has been done out of my 5 audit. Though 2 audit are having a paid date of 10aug but still not payment has been done.it is like a lala organisation.Has make my mind to go to consumer court now

This is a genuine mystery shopping site and I have been associated with them for over 5 years now. Payment for audits completed properly is not a concern at all. They generally make payments within 3 months of successfully completing the audit. This app is great considering that earlier it was all via website. This is much more user friendly.

Unable to verify my email. Whenever i click on the verification link it tells me to login n enter password. It is not accepting a new password as i havnt made any passwords before.

Have not received payment for Any of the audits I did. No customer support either. Seems like a farce.

Don't pay ontime.Earlier payment was on time.But becoming worst day by day.I have stop doing further audits until i get paid off.

Very delayed payment. It is September and still there are April payments pending. Whether you call or mail there is no response.

The concept of mystery shopping is good but redquanta is faltering in payments. You do work for them and they seek quality too but then wait for two months for payment and it may not be paid too if they reject the report or sometimes for no reason. They want a lot of work in report but dont compensate equally. If you have to spend then you can take the audit but otherwise u can avoid. Payment issue need to be taken seriously by the company.

Otp never arrived and my old email login doesn't work after update!!! What happened to my old account??? Cannot see my assigned audits!!! Sucks bad time!!!

Everything is well and good except payment schedule and shop allocation method is needs to improve.

These people are scam, they never pay for the mystery shopping and keep making some excuses and stories ...

Expected review date passes on and even payment date gets due... But you won't find any progress... You invest your money and expect it to get reimbursed, and they simply delete your assignment after done. Very bad experiences! Won't refer it to anyone... No more audits for redquanta hereafter. And will wait for sometime to see if they resolve anything before taking action against it.
