Great app, worked flawless for booking classes at 2 clubs. Integrated seamlessly with my membership to indicate no charge required. I was pleasantly surprised after reading the negative comments of others.

The worst app I've used in a long time. No function or ability to change location. Couldn't book tennis court in a location the app didn't recognised. Someone is being paid for this??

So far it's not been mega useful for me. Half the time when I try to book courts that show up as available I get an error message saying they're not available when I get through to the booking stage. And when you finally manage to make a booking there's no way to cancel it because you pay up front and it won't refund you. Additionally, the payment screen is useless on mobiles because it's obviously just a standard web page that's been embedded, and you can't zoom in to populate the tiny boxes.

Totally sucks. Works only intermittently and more recently times out always. Does no one that makes these apps actually test them. Get it sorted Glasgow.

Great for booking classes as a monthly member. Also good for booking squash courts. Would prefer a pay option of PayPal though.

I was assured this application was booking made easy my friend Stewart. This has proven to be nothing but lies. Perhaps he is just ill informed. I have left a generous 1 star.

Very slow to load available slots. Calibration appears to be out when using in landscape mode, leading to incorrect times being booked and having to call to change booking times

Can you turn off news and offers without turning off alerts? As your offers are a pain in the arse

Not very good at all. Doesn't work most of the time; unable to view bookings, book, or view classes.

I have already had to unistall after 1 day and download again as crashed

The app is as bad as the club, crashes all the time. The council gym is as dear as that of a premium club and bizarrely with the council gym you really don't get what you pay for. Crap opening times, miserable staff, and in turn a crap app that doesn't work. Oh and if you complain about how crap it is you can't cancel your membership!

Crashes a lot, says you must be online when you are online.

Really bad.Gave it one star a while back.Gave it another try.Still no prices for something as simple as a half hour swim.Had a look around it and it crashed.Tried to go back in.Demanded a pin. Didn't ask for it 10mins earlier.Nothing to click to get pin reminder. Locked out. Was junk and still is junk.Glasgow Council couldn't run a ménage

Hardly ever works. Tries to load the class list then just times out. When it works it does the job but it is not a reliable app.

Have been using this app for a few weeks now and only occasionally get an issue. Great for booking/ cancelling classes or just to remind yourself what classes you are booked in for

Any payment made through app or online booking system of Glasgow club is none refundable (according to customer services). So only book and pay if you are sure of using your booking. In my view this is only useful for checking what's available.

Only works intermittently. Can't view exercise class lists or view booked classes a lot of the time. Has favourite class section but no way to select favourites. Seems to only fully work during office hours?Absolute disaster

Waited so long for this app but it's terrible. Can't log in and frequently crashes.

Fast and really good at booking your classes and it even tells you how many spaces are left/waiting lists

Can't log in. No option on the app to reset passwords. Frequent pop ups saying "error in app"

Already pay monthly direct debit, how do you register to use the app? 'Register' takes you to a page to become a member, which I already am. Can't get past that.

Great app..might actually encourage me to get off my butt and use my membership!

Main improvement to suggest would be some means of saving payments details to save you adding full card details for every booking.
