Everyone Active for Android
After the recent update when launching the app it shows a black screen.
Worked fine on all three of my devices until a couple of days ago. Now not able to book classes or see those already booked. Receive "Service not reachable" comments on HTC Desire 500 (Android 4.1.2) and ASUS K010 tablet (Android 4.4.2). Still works OK on HTC One M8 (Android 6.0). Please fix as soon as.
This app worked absolutely perfectly in every way on my phone until a few days ago when I received a notice to update it. Since updating it, the app no longer opens. It goes to a black screen and then back to my home page on my phone. Frustrating.
Recent update has fixed the bug I was getting showing fees for classes at some clubs that I was entitled to for free. However I can't seem to work the profile at all, can not edit sections or upload an image for profile. It asks about activity this week and say 0 but I have been and can't seem to store I have been or it doesn't recognise that I have diabetes me scanning the card when I go to my clubs.
Not sure what's gone wrong with the latest update, or if it's just my centre, but keep getting timed out when I start the app. Most annoying as some classes can be fully booked within 30-45 mins.
I'm having the same problem as other recent reviewers - "Service unreachable" whenever I try to book a class or view my bookings. It was working OK until a couple of days ago. In fact after re-installing the app it is now worse as I can't even log on. I wouldn't have left a bad review if I had been able to contact Everyone Active technical support, but there doesn't seem to be any ...
March 2017 - just tried the latest version to see if has improved. It hasn't. Requires the membership number and PIN you set up when you joined. Who thought this was a good idea? Why not email address or Facebook or Google login like just about every other app on the planet? Then it wants a different login for Activities as opposed to Classes - why? Then it locks you out if you get it wrong & makes you phone your gym to get it unlocked. The rest of it is simply a wrapper round the website - it even has a link for downloading the app! The so-called "advanced" search for classes is broken - the results ignore the time of day filter buttons. And you can't filter by class type (e.g. all spin classes for next month). Hopeless! Summary: untested buggy annoying junk. Use the website instead. This app is an embarrassment for a company this size.
STOP LOGGING ME OUT! !!! Contact us to solve this is also not compatible for mobiles. wtf mob app?????????? Give some money to those poor IT people

Wonderfully demotivating. Slow to respond, doesn't load videos, awkward interface. Truly awful.
I would love to be able to book keep fit class's on this app but it won't let me. Not a happy person.
Why does this log me out every time, and not even remember my user ID to log back in?
Ok, but can you add support for Google Fit - all other options require starting an app to track activities, Fit is automatic. Also, can we have membership cards stored in this app and display the barcode so we don't need to carry the card around?

It worked well until the update and now it won't connect at midnight when I need to book classes. It just keeps telling me to refresh but it still just times out. I have to use the website instead. So frustrating. Using an LG G5.
Keeps logging me out and although I always scan my card when going to the gym (wouldn't be able to get in otherwise) not all my visits get logged.
Very hard to use, can't change my gym. Slow loading. Takes several buttons just to find your profile.
App keeps timing out and does not let me book my classes.
I rather keep my mouth zipped because I have nothing nice to say!!!
Absolute waste of time.....barely allows you book classes....rubbish and frustration....not what you need at the gym!!!

Needs a make over logs me out every time I go to a different page. I can't even view work out plans as it just wizzes past half a dozen and will not remain on the page. Finally you join with the gym in london and get promised that some equipment will be installed in a week yet 4 months later it's still not here will uninstal app and cancel membership
This app clearly has not been tested. It continually asks me to log in despite selecting to remember, and now only provides numbers so I can't type my email address. Useless.
This app is slow and painful to work. It's half a work out to not throw my phone across the room because of how annoying this app is. Has the potential to be amazing but it's god awful, it takes so long to try and book courses I've ended up not going or not bothering. Are they helping you get fit or fat?
What happens when a bunch of devs build an app without doing the UX work first. Can be salvaged but needs major work, not to mention proper content rework and better omnichannel delivery with website. But right now, it's what I would have expected from an app in 2013, rather amateurish.
They gym and facilities are great but the app os shocking!!!! Try to change profile info and it takes you back to main screen, asked to log in multiple times, difficult to sometimes find activities. Says you can link it with fitbit.......WHERE? HOW? Come on everyone active, sort the app out to help us continue to stay active
Can't change profile picture, constantly being asked to sign in again. Terrible navigation. Be better of going on the website itself.
Seems to be little more than a wrapper for the website. Poorly executed and often the loading spinner just spins forever. Very hard to recommend, though the idea is good, and could be implemented to great effect with more care and effort.
This app is always so slow. It directs you to the wrong areas and is very hard to use. This really lets this company down as the gyms and staff are superb
Can not view half the gym classes so therefore miss out every week. Really terrible and staff in gym no help either
Better than the website for booking but still very flakey. Very very slow. I can't book a couple of classes i.e. aqua so have to use website. Also on Samsung s3 you can't change clubs which means I have to go through website again, which is even more slow and cumbersome.
Was ok, was glad for the wait list but in the last week I've had multiple classes cancelled or I've been put on classes that I didn't want. Getting ridiculous booking onto something, the app cancelling so having to go on the wait list. Not just me that it's going it too, my housemates are all having problems.
I've only just signed up to an everyone active gym... good enough gym but a terrible app. I have to sign in everytime because it doesn't remember my details. It's awful to navigate around and ridiculously slow. Should keep the website stuff completely separate from the app. Should be able to stay signed in, choose classes and workouts and see your workouts completed... and that's all. The developers only need to look at the majority of the reviews... We're all saying the same thing. Simplify it!
Installed the app, so I obviously have an Internet connection, but when I open it I just get a service is not available message. Have done for the last few days. What is the point of an app if the backend doesn't work or the app can't connect to it. Useless
It constantly logs you out whenever you go to a new page on the app, even when you chose "remember me". The navigation system is terrible. The one redeeming feature is that the info and options contained are fantastic just the user interface to try and get to that info and booking options etc is awful!

Very often when i go to book classes it times out and i have to keep trying.... please fix it!
