I don't see any point to make this app if you have complained no one get back to you doesn't matter how many times you do through this app. active newham management never take notice about anything even adults moving naked in shower and changing area alongside young as 5 sharing the same space

Good for giving accurate pool time tables most of the time. It fails to include when the pool is closes, or if a lesson is taking place. I have headed to swim only to be turned away after showering to find the pool is either closes or taken over by lessons. This wouldn't irk me do much if I had recieved some kind of notice on the app (which is what I use to check) there is no info about loyalty point redemption etch. The app needs work, but mostly does the basic job I use it for.

Apparently if you cancel a booked class within the last 48 hours when it commences, you are liable to pay almost 8 pounds for none attendance. Really ?

It's a 90's website in an ugly looking Android app that has no useful features, only sad Facebook rubbish options. I'm guessing a sad Cr'Apple user created this, so has no idea or even a clue about Android Material

Useless app it can't be relied on as they can't be bothered to update pool timetable information to reflect changes between term time and school holidays when the programme is markedly different - instead of pestering us with health tip messages they should devote their energies to ensuring basic information is accurate
