This simple app allows you to enter all the information required for a Quality Control Report. Fields include: Date, Subcontractor name, Specification Section, Reference Drawings, Location, Description, Radio buttons to indicate compliance, and a date for follow-up inspections.
The three buttons located at the buttom of the page are as follows:
Save - This allows you to save the entries should you need to exit the app during entry. Note if you do not push save your entries may be cleared.
Send - This allows you to send the completed report via e-mail
Attach Photo - This button will bring up your camera for taking a photo. Once your photo is taken, it will automatically be attached to the e-mail after clicking send.
Look at the screenshots for an example e-mail created by the QC Report app. The system default e-mail application is used to send the email, so all your contacts and functions are just what you are used to,
the e-mail is simply written for you using the QC Report app.

I just would change the fixed category name. I would like to have the option of selecting the category tittle. Also I would like to have the option of use some or all of them. In my case I'm an owner so I inspect the prime contractor too if you have sub contractor fixed does not work for me. Also sometimes the spec is not used, just the drawing so could be better to have the option to turn of the spec section..., etc. But those are minor details. The app is good..., could be great.
