Compendia SRM

Compendia SRM is a warranty management tool designed to make the homeowners experience easy, efficient, and seamless after handover. The user-friendly interface is intuitive, allowing users the ability to document, assign, and keep detailed records themselves, with little effort. Compendia SRM can be accessed by the home owner, builder, and trade contractors to make the process collaborative and comprehensive for all.

Logging into Compendia SRM requires you be a member of an active project. If you have been invited to a project, use the link in the invitation email to setup an account online. If you would like to setup a new project please contact compendia@compendiainc.com.
