Working good, App does crash now and then but sounds like its slowly improving. The Duet itself works how it should do.

Bougth 6 Duets, do not displaying accurate location, have to be Bluetooth connected all the time. At the time for searching for any item (duet) radar takes to long to find it, and most of the time doesn't find it at all.

Doesn't work as advertised. Not reliable and can became a nuisance especially when the connection keep on dropping even thought the tag was just 50 cm away .

Can't get the device to pair with app shoot the team that created this it sucks really bad

Won't hold connection to phone. Won't save my account details. Can't even tell when the light is flashing. Have to sign in every time. I tried this in December with a different phone and it didn't work then. Thought I'd give it another try now with a new phone and it still doesn't work properly.

Every few hours annoying false alarms with my Duet (either on Duet or phone side; phone doesn't turn on screen during alarm - imagine buzz alarm in the night as result of another Dueto to app connection problem). Since I installed this app after each log-in it forces re-pairing of my Pebble smartwatch (both use BLE). App is usable, but counter-intuitive, seems to eat a lot of battery, unable to turn off app without logging off (I use BT smartwatch and speakers at home and logging off seems only way to reduce battery usage of this app).

When I was informed by the seller that it would help to locate belongings by using the tags, I was extremely delighted. Then, the Duet arrived and I followed the instructions to install. Unfortunately, I got a smack in the face when it stated that it only support Android 4.3 and above phones while I am using Android 4.2 .. Total disappointment :(

Horrible app. Do not buy these products! Disconnects all the time even with the "keep CPU awake" feature. It doesn't work for what it's meant to do and rings out of the blue when you're right next to it. Needs lots of work!

I bought four of these and none would pair. Plus, the battery is hard to install. And one of the covers won't even stay on so the battery just falls out. Nice.

...how really really bad both the product and app truly are. The developers should pull the plug on this dog and go into hiding. The sooner we can all forget this fiasco the better.

The Duet simply doesn't work as advertised. It is more or less never connected to the phone. Totally unreliable. Bought two of these, none of them works. I am returning both.

Cannot use it. G Separation alert goes off all the time, even when phone and tag are only inches apart. I am Android 4.1.2 on a Note II. Then I upgrades to a Galaxy S7 and the software still does not work.

Who voted five? Could be only developers and their friends. One the worst I've ever encountered.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. I'm almost certain the 5 star reviews on here are written by an army of paid drones. The tag is a bit clunky. Mine didn't close properly, my wife's did. The app threw false alarms constantly when the tag was metres away. This sucks a lot at 3am. Then, I know this is minor, but the tag makes a noise constantly. Quiet enough to not hear it normally, but in the middle of the night you can hear the piezo clicking about once a second. Lastly the app is just annoying.

The alarm volume on my galaxy 6 gets overridden to the lowest volume everytime. I have to depend on my bat hearing or vibrations. This needs to be fixed. The radar is horrible the signal is always strong when your next to it so you would have to search for it if it were let's just say in your clothes pile or in any compartment you don't remember leaving it in. Picture moving and it accidentally falling in a box. You'll have to check all of them because the actual device HAS NO ALARM.. I'm very disappointed.

Rubbish - bought the tag and g1 - work ok for the first week or so and then all of a sudden started disconnecting all the time cant get a stable connection form either the duet or g1 do not buy them waste of time

Paired with Pro-tag elite, works fine for first 2 days. Then it gave false alarm and keeps blaring that my Pro-tag was lost (dated the previous day) even when it's just right beside it. Till now, after a week of frustration, I've no success in getting the Pro-tag elite to pair with this app.

I feel secure with this app.reliable one.

It has gained 5 star from me for having the potential of being a total life changing app, without it i would have been in great hustle.

I have used previous version and work just fine. This version just will not connect to duet reliably. Make the whole point of Bluetooth tag complete crap

When it works it works very well (using the elite) however it's regularly connecting and disconnecting from the tag which seems to be draining my battery pretty fast.

Please add this. It is a fantastic app. Easy to use. My friends are also using this.

Switched over from iOS to Android OS and every time I try to log in it tells me to try again later.
