App constantly crashes and freezes and when I finally got it to stay running it was not able to connect to the device. No wonder it was on sale for $40 down from $139. I tried this on 15 vehicles and had the same results each time plus I tried the app on multiple devices and no change. Reading the comments I see it needs constant Internet connection to work? Why? I'm using it in the middle of nowhere so it's completely useless. Meanwhile my friend bought one from China through ebay for $10 and it works perfectly and doesn't ask for redundant info or need Internet.

Well i have had this app for quite a few years, works great on every vehical i have connected to gas or diesel. I dont know what everyones crying about. Wish everything was free though. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

This has to be the worst of all time app I have ever used and to think it's still on Google play with all the bad reviews. Come on Google take it off. Me and everyone else has lost money with this. Pretty soon your credibility (Google) will be gone.

This app and the code reader are both NFG needs a Wi-Fi connection to run the friggin thing and you need to subscribe to get the codes... Wish that they would advertise their products honestly and tell you that it is a subscription based product.

Paid $100 for this from auto zone. Had a problem getting it to link to my truck called tec support told them I was trying to use it on a 2011 ram 3500. 6.7L Cummings. He got it to connect. Worked OK for a few weeks. Even let me buy the subscription for it. then started having problems out of it so called tec support again. I was then told that it will not work on my truck at all. When I asked why there was nothing at all about it not being compatible with my truck on the box or any where in the app or app store why did the first tec guy not tell me it was not compatible on the day I got. It. All he kept saying is that it wouldn't work with my truck. I'm more the mad at this point as far as I'm concerned this company is a pos. I'm out over $100. Oh ya also won't work on my 03 gmc 6.0. Gas. Or my sisters 05 gmc 6.0 gas, moms 04 Honda gas, dads 98 dodge gas.

Works great once setup. I would like to see a more modern UI and settings to increase the real time update interval so there isn't a delay. Other than that I went for a 20 minute drive and didnt force close or freeze. Read the directions and have some patience.

App work for my wife car then tried on my car it keeps freezing up when i select vehicle then it let me select my vehicle but it reset my blue tooth connection then reconnected had to reselect vehicle but then it froze again tried on wife's car still working by the the other post there no customers care gust auto reply ready to take it back and get the Bosh

Horrible app horrible device no. Help when we called the customer service I work for advance Auto and won't ever recommend this I will warn people instead

Plugged it in, never connected to my phone. Shorted out my ODB port.

This product was never ready for market. I can't even believe it was sold in Canadian tire. This might have been the worst purchase I have ever made.

Spent $80.00 for this only to have it tell me i have to subscribe in order to know what my trouble codes are. STUPID!

Bought mine. Got account set up and apparently the tool is registered to a differnt owner and need to transfer ownership? Now i cant even use it for anything

When I first bought this thing it worked okay had to update the app and now it doesn't work at all

Purchased this device today, downloaded the app. Issues connecting, was patient, once connected, stated the serial number was registered to a different user. App asked me if I wanted a swap out. I said yes! Of course! Then I get an email that states the original owner will be contacted!!! Are you serious!!! I purchased this from the store!! I don't want someone else with my vehicle data in any way shape or form!!! If your security is this faulty you can expect legal action!!! And from the amount of reviews I read that this issue has happened you might be able to expect a class action suit of multiple people with privacy damages!!! Do. Or get me wrong I purchased the device due to it's innovative and simple concept that would be a great design and awesome function to serve the customer base! But if you don't get your privacy issues and security in order you can expect to hear from not only mine, but ultimately many attorneys! And hopefully you take the time to give me more than a damn auto reply asking for app data. Because I've already sent it to you. Also. Another major issue with the app. And this is the most important. I am unable to shut it down without force stopping the app or removing it! That is a critical issue! An app that has that much data running through it is a privacy nightmare!!!! Not to mention the very drain on phone resources?! This is getting reported to Google itself for the issues I've mentioned as I don't want anyone else unknowingly using it until you've fixed those issues specifically. And I don't trust sending you MORE DATA from my device for you to lose it to malicious users. Vehicle make, model, year, condition AND LOCATION!!!!! You're asking for people to steal cars with this information!!!

Good device, works good. I don't think you should have to subscribe for anything after purchasing the product though.

Thought be great to monitor my duramax, but device will not connect to Bluetooth, worst $80 spent, returning product!

Mine will only connect with iPhone but my phone is android and will not connect

Great app across all phone platforms. I wish the screens were more customizable, but it's good for the money.

Very awful app. Its slow to connect, makes you enter vin multiple times, takes 20 minutes to read codes and takes forever to use their site. This seems like they sold the prototype as the real thing. Innova needs to hire someone that knows what they're doing to work on this app.

If you're a fix it yourself kind of guy, like I am, you might want to know what your car is trying to tell you. I found this app tells me everything I need to know. It may not be one of those apps for your regular car guy, unless they are the type who loves car stuff.

I'm not sure if it's my phone or the Innova hardware but sometimes I have to try several times to get the Bluetooth to conect but when it does everything works the way it was designed. So far so good.

Innova, your customers (or former customers) are trying to communicate, are YOU listening? This app and the sensor that hours with it are awful. The app is slow, doesn't reconnect to the sensor, and is just bad. Returned it after it asked for the odometer reading (something the ODB gives it I believe) and wouldn't save it. I'm done with this thing.

This works great with my Nissan Titan. It displays the speed, RPM, MPG, coolant temp, intake temp, HP, torque, and a few other options. I ran the diagnoses and it said my truck is healthy. If I could change just one thing it'd be having to stay connected to the internet. That uses up my data

Bought it came home dowloaded ap. Decided to read the comments. Cons obviously outweigh the pros with this product. Only thing I learned is that I shouldn't have purchased. Not sure if I even wanna use it based on what im reading. How do I know that its not gonna force something to go wrong??? Plus to much info is needed. People want their privacy. Was expecting it to ask for SIN number and banking info. Should be able to download software for specific vehicle and go. Not always be connected to the internet. Mabe for an update once and a wile or for a new vehicle but not all the time. Now I know why it was on sale. Cool concept needes refinement. O btw no I won't be contacting customer service. Since you post that to every comment. People dont wanna discuss how unsatisfied they are with a inadequate product. If a newer version of this is produced I will consider purchasing

I am infuriated with this product. It resets my clock radio every time I use it. It does not clear codes properly and I have no idea if what I am reading is a MIL or QL trying to fluff the maintenence industry with a pile of un-neccessary redundant repair work. I have tried to use it with other OBD2 products and its un-recognised by everything even Windows 10. I have compared other units with this setup and this whole unit is a fancy paperweight. Rediculously unhappy with Quicklinks. Buyer Beware.

This app setup is pure garbage. Requires way too much information to get started. Your server is now not responding, so i cant even scan it for codes because it cant pull the repair solutions report, which is totally useless anyways. Absolute waste of money and i feel bad for anyone who bought one. Insert generic call customer support response below. FIX YOUR APP.. PEOPLE PAID FOR GOOD MONEY FOR THIS.

All i needed was an OBDII scanner so I tried this one from Autozone. First it wanted my Name, Email and then my VIN number from the vehicle. Next it wanted my mileage?? Way too intrusive. When I finally got everything entered it took forever to connect to my cars computer. I returned the device and deleted the program from my phone.

I plugged this diagnostic tool into my 6.0 excursion which had no check engine light on. And all of a sudden the techs on the other side have me replacing expensive parts on my truck that don't need to be replaced. I finally caught on when the tech on the other side said I neede to replace my gas level sensor. My gas gauge reads fine. Worst $100 I've ever spent. Now I'm into my truck over $500 that could have been used on Christmas. Thanks for the loss of money!!!

Does not work. App unresponsive. Must know all of your personal information and vehicle information. Terrible customer support. Information provided is a joke. Pay more for detailed information? Not even. Pairing is slow and very finicky. Must have constant access to the Internet. Must enter vin every time? No. No. No.

Hooked up to vehicle sucribed to one of the trip subscriptions, connection is unstable. Will return to where purchased need to know how to obtain a refund for the subscription portion.

Very sluggish at times, I had multiple vehicles with check engine light on and the scan won't pick up the codes, but if I plug a auto zone "free service" scan tool it pick up the codes that this scan tool missed, and I mean simple codes... needs refinement and it doesn't have smooth transition to menus selections, also it shouldnt be always asking about miles every single time a new vehicle or old vehicle, it's unnecessary, cost time to do a simple scan, simplicity isnt this scan tool strong points,

Device not found? WTF does that even mean? My car talks to my stereo just fine via Bluetooth. Turn it off,on doesn't matter. This is not plug and play. For this price and company reputation product should work out of the box. 04 Impala.

I thought this device would be better than the $100 scan tools at the auto parts store because it Bluetooths to a device capable of a full UI. Wow was I wrong. If Innova wants to stand behind their product and their customer service they will completely rewrite their app or discontinue this product and return the purchase price to their customers. If something doesn't change this will be the last innova product I buy.
