Like others initially I had no problems but i have sent 5 emails so far and have been searching the internet to find a phone number to contact them (and so far nothing). No customer support options other than email and no response as of yet...

I used to like this app. It still works with my old Galaxy using 4.2.2. But now it only partially works with my new Galaxy using 6.0. Contacts sync but calendar sync causes a perpetual "Unfortunately, Calendar storage has stopped" error that I cannot clear using any means except to hard reset my phone. Unable to get support.

I bought a new license which did not work. I emailed 6 to 7 times and they never got back to me. Finally after three weeks, they did but did not address my problem. I have moved on and am using VCOrganizer. Better.

The app and program work ok, but the support is very, very bad. I have sent the questionregarding my lincese several times but I did not receive answer yet.

Initially thought this app was the answer to my prayers to eliminate Google calendar and contact sync, but alas, one issue after another has me at wits' end! Support is fairly responsive, but so many issues and so many updates for a paid app is maddening! Granted the app is free, but it is worthless without the desktop software that you must pay for. I thought the idea of tools is to make one more productive, not less. SO disappointed!

NO TECH SUPPORT.I bought this app. It is great for syncing my outlook calender to my phone. I can not get some of the other features to work. Most importantly being able to sms from my desk top when in the office. I have tried for several months to contact tech support. I opened tickets on their Web site. They have never gotten back to me. It bothers me to know that you can buy something and they give no support.

I purchased the annual subscription for the app several times. I purchased the 5 device subscription although I only put it on one device. I bought a new laptop and went to install it there and it won't let me. It says I have too many installs but it is counting expired installs fro 3 years ago. I submitted a "ticket" to get it resolved 3 months ago and nothing. When you go to the support site they have not responded to anyone for months.

Tried submitting a ticket, emailing, calling, posting to twitter and their forums...they will not respond or address issues. Over 3 months waiting and not even an acknowledgement. The software will not work with Office 365/Office 2013, despite their claims that it will. Although some will sync, notes will not sync from Outlook. Had to install on an old machine with Office 2010 to make this work, that means maintaining a VM just for this sync...pathetic! Now I have the issue of my license not working because it was used on the original machine, now that I installed in my VM, even though I uninstalled from the original machine, it tells me the activation failed. I've submitted tickets, emailed them, posted to forums and to twitter to get this licensing resolved...still no response. I do not recommend the software, use ANYTHING else as you will have better luck.

This is a good app when it works, but support is terrible. I submitted a trouble report on November 2 and I am still waiting for a response related to an activation key issue. So I am unable to sync with my PC. The app is now worthless.

I've used Mobisynapse for over a year now and have never had issues with it- I loved it! My subscription recently expired (without notification to me, I might add). When I renewed the subscription, I started having problems. Some, but not all, of my outlook contacts sync. The most used contacts (son, sister, doctor) will not sync no matter how many times I try. I'm not sure what the issue could be. I've tried syncing wirelessly (preferred) and connected with the usb cord. It makes no difference. If you have a solution, I'd love to try it.

About a year ago I wrote a very positive review - 4 stars I think. It synced without a problem and I never worried whether everything synced or not. In May 2014 I paid the $14.95. My syncing problems began in July. At present I have 6 open tech support tickets and I can't get a reply. A very big disappointment! What programs to sync 2013 Outlook calendar and contacts are working?

R70%
by R####:

It's nice to be able to export SMS, contacts as well as sync docs, music, etc. I'm not an Outlook user so can't comment. The pc UI is cumbersome - mostly in specifying where on each device different kinds of data reside. There are some default locations that I don't like and can't be changed or aren't easily identified and, at least for images/gallery, I can add a directory to the sync library but not a directory with subdirectories. Still keeping and using the app.

Don't expect the system utility tool to stop Google Play Store or delete Facebook app. The Android system utility will stop almost all apps, but takes longer. Still can not figure out to unistall apps I do not want like FaceBook.

I dropped my phone and the whole screen went out. I have an HTC Droid Incredible. I already had a backup app on my phone but couldn't get to it since my screen is out. I was lost for sure until I found this app. I was able to install from pc to get the desktop manager to work thankfully! I am so pleased and love that I can also see my incoming texts and call history so I will know who has been trying to contact me. To me, this app was a Godsend!

They make you think its free but then you have to turn around and pay to download it on your pc for the wireless connection. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!0

I love Pocket Informant -- correction, I DID love PI when it was on Windows Phone . Unfortunately, on Android, it was lacking in 3 areas, no widget, no sync to Outlook, & no notes/journal. This has everything except journal. Will give it 5 stars when it's like a mini Outlook on my phone with everything included in the sync. Oh, & it DOES sync, but must say, for me, it works much better with USB than WiFi . Finally, a free sync to Outlook app! (Some say they had to pay for the desktop part, I did not.)

It is a good idea and works well, but the fact that they advertise free, and it is free on the cell portion, but you have to buy the app to make the computer version work. A little misleading. I won't totally ding them but I do think there is some false advertising going on there. Great Idea however! Work out the ethics and you will probably get a lot more people using your app!

Backs up your contacts, apps, photos, etc.. Also, can transfer files to your phone from your PC. Definitely recommend, especially for HTC users. Syncs either through your USB connection or Wi-Fi. I use the Wi-Fi and have had no problems. You load the app on your phone and your PC. Start both apps and it automatically syncs up. You then select what you want to back up or restore. Works well.

Very usefull app! Julians comments are useless. The more user friendly you make an app the less functionality it has so either get a computer friend to set it up or learn a few things about technology before you use it. Apps perfect and just what every business needs. 10/10 A+++++

I like your product, but your frequent FORCED UPDATES are time consuming and very annoying. Not to mention your constant “reminder” that there is an update. It seems that every other day, I need to update Outlook, mobisynapse on the phone AND on the computer. You need to allow to use what they have if they are happy with it and set infrequent reminder messages. I will be happy to accept an update that stops the forced updates J

I bought the premium version of MobiSynapse. I was pretty disappointed with the sync to Outlook. It does not sync my phone contacts to Outlook on my desktop. It does some time consuming syncing, but I couldn't get the results. Apparently, it may be syncing those contacts to the Mobioffice task management application instead of my phone contact, but there was no way of knowing since there was no menu on Mobioffice to check contacts. The worse part was the App backup. I really got lulled into a false sense of security, backing up my apps every week from the phone to me desktop. When yesterday, I accidentally deleted all the apps on my phone, MobiSynapse failed to restore more than 60% of the apps from my backup. The cheek of it is that Mobisynapse would show a successful dialog box, but in reality the application wasn't restored. All I can say is, if you use a Note II, be careful before you purchase this app. You may get your money back, but not your time that is wasted and your data that falsely reports is safe. If Google does not force me to give at least one star for reviewed apps, I wouldn't even consider giving one for this. Hope the developer make the necessary ammendment

AT&T pushed Android 4.3 on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and left me no way to sync my phone because KIES 3 was not ready. Even though I read the reviews of mOffice/Mobisynapse where some people did have sync problems I decided to purchase the full version anyway. I had some initial problems in which tech support helped me, but I am now getting a fatal error and the sync fails at 8% of the validation part of the sync. Tech support keeps telling me to check the if the data is correct. I have no idea what they mean by correct data; I am trying to sync my Outlook 2010 calendar/contact items (like I have done previously) and have no way or idea on how to validate Outlook 2010 data. Based on this infinite loop of tech support telling to check my data and to try again (their only response) I will have to give this a 1 star. If tech support does not help me resolve this problem (letting me know how to check outlook data and to finally get the sync to work) then I will have to ask for my money back and leave the one star.

Bought based on some of the recommendations read, well the latin phrase comes to mind, Caveat emptor! First off, trial version, taster of What you are missing, well it should have been, buy this and you will surely miss the money we have taken from you. Tech support, offers scripted reply, not surprised. Slow to connect, via USB and Wifi. Shows sync when it actually does nothing, so how can many VALID users sing its praises? Too many other ADD ONS, for me, complex, maddening, unnerving. Why the hell is it offered here as even a working version, if it has issues yet to iron out? Total waste of space, AVOID. If you have money to waste, there are many other APPS you can pay for that WILL NOT WORK!

I thought I had managed to get the perfect app to sync my outlook. It was free for a while but now I need to upgrade to a premium version to continue with wireless syncing. What a let down.

Syncs with outlook but the calender lacks essential functions that work like search This app works but the calendar is seriously lacking the most basic of functions for example the "search" feature won't search the calendar entries which makes the whole thing useless to me and the dev said its a bug. I bought this app because google calendar would only sync with one year of my tablet calendar which seemed to be a common complaint but my answer actually was with a calendar called Calengoo it syncs all of my google calendar and is full featured and works perfectly.

I use this tool (and mOffice) on a daily basis, especially to sync my Outlook calendar and tasks to my phone although I occasionally use other features, too. It has seen me through a phone crash, a new laptop, and a hard drive crash on the new laptop....all in the last 7 months! Getting my calendar set up from either direction is a breeze. Of course I would prefer a free app (who wouldn't!), but I've found nothing else that works consistently and reliably. I especially like that it can sync over my home wifi so I don't have to search for the USB cable.

After spending hours searching apps that can sync directly with my Microsoft outlook contacts, I am getting disappointed that none of them can sync properly with my Galaxy S3 until I found this one - Mobisynapse!. It works like itune, all I need to do is installing Mobisynapse on my computer ( windows 7 ), open this program on the computer, connect Galaxy S3 with the computer via USB, the program find Galaxy S3 automatically, the rest you need to do is to just click on the icon of the sync. I've tried it several times since last month I got my Galaxy S3, and this apps never get me disappointed. I love this apps, it saved my time and simplified my life. Thanks!
