Can't use at all. Installed on Samsung S8+ and crashes as soon as I hit the app button

This app provides better captioning than other services I have tried, including ones with equipment for landlines. The captioning is better than some TV channels! There is a short pause before the process starts and the incoming call can start but one answers a call or makes one in the usual manner. Which is less cumbelson than some other mobile apps. The only issue I have found is having to provide people with a new phone number

This app is alright, but please add support for those that can't talk. Those that can't talk but that can hear, currently don't have any good options. I need the app to say what I type, but to still be able to hear what the other party says so the call goes faster. Currently the only option for me is Sprint IP, but since the app doesn't allow the user to hear what the other party says, that app is extremely slow. Plus, if you allowed people to type into this app and have it read to the other party, that would also help those that both can't hear or talk.

This app is a blessing in disguise! I am so elated...finally I am enjoying my CELL like others! GOD IS GOOD TO ME!

Compared to Hamilton or clearcaptions I'd say this app is a much better one. You don't have to answer call in when placing a call to someone and it has a build in keypad so you don't need to switch between app when selecting options. So far i haven't experienced any issues with the app and i hope it stays that way.

I have made one successful call. Most hang up before I say hello simply because captions to slow. I explain I'm deaf but people are evil and have no time for handicapped people. Real people are hard enough without us.... Odd we are nobody. We should all be killed according to the latest news.

Every time I use the app I get the message that all ca.s are busy what gives?

UPDATE 10OCT16 UGH! Very annoying but the only thing I can find for my mobile phone. The only way I can get 65%accuracy is if an automated voice calls! NOT 95% LIKE THEY SAY! Very frustrating and that's if you can get the call to actually go through. I really wish that the captions would be better. There are so many errors while trying to read what is being said, it causes frustration when you keep asking the caller to repeat what they said because the transcription makes absolutely no sense.

I only need captions for some people I speak to and it is more convenient to use voice mail on my actual phone number. I should be able to dial *86 and get voice mail through Verizon. When I dial from app, it rings twice and then gets cut off as "wrong feature code" pops up in the captioning window. InnoCaption appears to be disconnecting the call.

I am really quite pleased. Before using this I was quite uncertain to place phone calls. My cell phone carrier doesn't support this service but fortunately I have wi-fi at home now.

I enjoy InnoCaption but when I press7 to erase it never works I would appreciate this issue to be addressed I highly rely on this wonderful app thank you.

Love and hate this app - GREAT when it works, but sucks when it doesn't, which is way too often. Requires a strong 4G or wifi signal to work properly, which is normal with this type of app. BUT, it's more finicky than the Sprint IP Relay app that I also have on my Android. It will start a call and then be unable to complete it, or will die midway thru - the captions stop but the voice connection doesn't so the other person just keeps talking. I've also way too often gotten the message that no CA is available, and that's just inexcusable. I got this app instead of CapTel or ClearCaption because people can DIRECT DIAL ME instead of first calling an 800 nbr & then entering my phone nbr (too confusing and unacceptable for professional use). Unfortunately, InnoCaption has not been reliable enough for it to be the only phone number I give people. Hopefully service will improve. Good clean interface, easy to use, and love the voicemail button. Three wishes: display my number on the top at all times, display the VM caller ID and date/time for longer instead of in little box that appears during playback and disappears afterwards, and alllow customized outgoing VM message.

It's a shame... Was such an amazing service before they were shut down. It's garbage now. Like most others said...Ca not available...or calls don't connect...or calls drop...captions too slow...captions beyond inaccurate to just plain fabricated at times. Don't know how it's fallen so far from grace...But every time I install it...I'm so disgusted that I uninstall almost immediately. Too bad.

Poor marketing and execution. I cant say anything. Just frustrated no notice from the service company. Lack of updates and bulletin. It's really nuisance not having hear from them since April 7th. This is waste of space not able to test it or use it. Getting ready to Uninstall. Let us know when your company is resurrected. For some wondering alternatives here u can use Hamilton webcaptel or clear caption or purple vrs with VCO on. Or u can use TTY with 2 line vco. Or the new Rogervoice app.

I loved it. Its not ok to keep us in the dark. Some ppl used this as a business #. Was the best app ever till FCC shut it down. Noone will up date on if its coming bk? Y'all say Temp shut down. Its been FOREVER!!! Be interest is it coming bk? If no we will use another for business

It was great until discontinued April 8th, 2015, due to privacy issues. Said would start up again real soon. You are still off line. It was great communicating with family and friends...now what? I would give it a 4 or even a 5 IF it was working

I'd give a 5 because it was awesome in the beginning, but I can't make outgoing calls anymore :-(

I went from several captioning service similar to this. . So this will be my last stop. My only con is they give you a California number instead of your local area number (in my case Maryland). I dunno if they allow porting of my number I'm not inclined to give out my new caption number yet. I want to give her some time to test before reaching my verdict. Edit: The voicemail sucks there's no option to delete or skip save messages. If someone leaves a 2 min long blank message there's no way to skip to next.

Hard of Hearing text when I get calls

Restart fixed it.. It is as it says: fast and accurate

It's finally launched, and this is a lifechanger if you can't hear well. The transcription is not laggy at all. Maybe 1/5 of a second behind the actually words being stated. I'm an Android Developer myself, and I've got some UI quibbles, but I've got to give it 5 stars because nothing else does this. Nothing else comes close.

This app works well as advertised. I have used it dozens of times in the last month with little, if any, trouble at all. The instructions for using is concise and clear. It is consistently fast and accurate, not to mention easy to use! Try it, you will be amazed!

Have been so pleased with the speed and accuracy of this app. For a brand new product, it works remarkably well. The most common mistakes are with proper names, which I think is unavoidable, as there is no captioning service anywhere that is going to get that 100% accuracy without being able to know exactly how names are spelled. The captions are very fast, only a second or two behind at the very most, usually. I have loved using it and love showing other people how well it works; they are always impressed! I also love that I can go back and review the dialogue later, and that it syncs with my contacts so I don't have to go back and forth looking up phone numbers. Highly recommended!!

As a new technology InnoCaption is absolutely amazing. The captions appear instantly and there is little to no delay. InnoCaption revolutionizes mobile captioning. I experienced captioning that is extremely fast , accurate and I highly recommend this product for every person who is deaf or hard of hearing.
