You need to deliver every place how will others enjoy ur food . I wanted to order but u don't deliver in my place

Food is great but it's totally expensive and only for the rich ones

Even though prices are high deserts were awesome. . To compare I have ordered same cheese cakes from "Jarlie" . Innerchef is best when compared.

App is so buggy. Doesn't auto detect location. When entered manually and selected food, it keeps on asking 'enter location'

Food is tastless. yuck food. And so overpriced.. ordered first and last time.

Hated it.. got breakfast in 2 hrs.. overpriced..

Overpriced. Poor food quality. Inadequate quantity. 1 star is more than enough. Poor support. Often they end up giving less units than promised. Not value for money. They charge taxes like 5 star restaurants. 200 priced item is sold at 250 or even more through taxes.

Initially food was good, latter quality dropped, example lachha paratha were half baked. Price is also on little higher. App is also not user friendly, needs time to place order.

This is the 3rd time I have been unable to place the order from my phone. For some reason it declined both netbanking and cc options. Last 2 times my husband booked from his phone. Really disappointed with the app glitch

Money got deducted from mobikwik but order not placed. Really disappointing. Can someone pls get back to me to resolve my issue and refund the money?

App used to be easy peasy but the new UI is confusing - doesn't load properly and keeps showing blank screens. My saved address also doesn't come up..Every time I fill in the fields , I need to do it again. I have been trying to make a purchase for a party for the past 4 hours. No success. I give up.

New UI is confusing.. took me 10 mins to order wht I used to order in 2 mins + it auto refreshes and takes me back to the home screen.. other wise Good food, amazing packing

Starting from packaging of food to quality InnerChef is doing best. I so wanted to give 5 stars to Innerchef, until i downloaded the app and placed my first order. Its been 1Hr45Min and i am still waiting for my order to get delivered. Initially i ordered from zomato quite a few times and it was fast enough. But from their app was not able to contact them from any means not even their CC number. Status of the order doesn't change. No concern regarding late delivery. Need to take care of these.

When I think Desserts I think InnerChef! The most insane Red Velvets I've ever had delivered to my home. The app has a few glitches, but what does that matter when you've got the most important things right? From the variety and quality of food to customer service, everything seems to be spot on. Would recommend InnerChef to all, trust me, you'll be happier with InnerChef in your life. Gotta get back to that Red Velvet now. Cheers guys!

I ordered again n food was awesome so now edited my comments. Good customer care... I referred my mother n she ordered 2 dam makhani with lacha paranatha. In one package we received 3 paranathas with dam makhani , 2 packs of biscuits, salad n pickle. In which , dam makhani was very tasty but one paranatha was very hard. Like was cooked in morning,wasn't fresh,two were soft. In another package, no biscuits, only 2 paranathas instead of 3 n both were hard to eat. I guess they gave 100 rs credit on first order n they adjusted that by sending morning cooked leftovers in diner. Very unfair.

So basically these guys had an anniversary offer and tricked everyone into availing it because there was a cashback of 101%. But later, you realize how many extra conditions they have imposed and basically you've not gained anything. Can we expect a little transparency? Stopped using it after this cheap trick.

The food was pathetic, give it to my maid... I have 700+ reward money in my wallet but don't want to use. Is there any way to get it back in my account. And I have not got any call by innerchef guys either

"Fresh" only in nice pics and words. Food feels stale and ready to eat reheated. Vada was uncooked and batter oozed out in the first bite. Idly wad stale and coconut chutney spoilt. Not authentic in taste in either North or South Indian. Nutella mousse was sour. Not fresh at all.

Most of the food served is average. But, I used to like and regularly order the River Sole portion in Main course. But somehow, last time they served stale fish, which was harder than chicken, and contained a strand of hair in it. On top of that, neither do they apologize nor do they refund the money. The best they can do after a time wasting discussion is to send the order again after one more hour.
