Estimate amount showing in app wrong. It wont take into account timings of ur travel. it's 12 to 12. Worst customer service. Business oriented. Paid full amount for half journey because of their inefficient management. Don't believe wat customer care ppl tell. They won't keep their words. Hate them all. They ll quarel n make ur trip most unpleasant. All fake. U may feel secure jus u booked taxi in advance, that also ll b gone once u start travelling.

Recently booked a cab in Yatayat for 2 days trip in Maharashtra. Starting from the time of booking and till the drop point, i have had amazing experience with their service. The cab was on time, very neat and clean, driver is well behaved and no reckless driving. The price is definitely competitive and completely worth it. No extra money demanded than agreed.I love to refer this service to my friends and families!!

Booking id 8843 date 15 Apr 2016 pune to mumbai.After travelling 100km driver demanded 50km extra plus parking charges . It was point to point booking included 180km with fixed price plus if i travel extra i have to pay 13Rs per km. I paid full amount with extra 100 Rs to driver but customer care and cab owner was not happy .Customer care and cab owner created lots of drama.please take everything in written before choosing yatayat else be ready to fight with cab owner and customer care. App ratings are fake

The developers are so stupid they haven't even given a sign in button. All that i have is a sign up flow which is also broken. I suggest the owners to hire better developers who don't screw up basic app functionalities
